Best BBQ I’ve ever had! First off the owner, Skinny-thank you for your amazing hospitality. The passion you have for your food is conveyed not only in the way you speak about BBQ but also in flavor.
The ribs, fall off the bone effortlessly, the pulled pork was heavenly, combined with that Cole slaw-which I’m not a fan of Cole slaw in general-however I’d put this Cole slaw on anything and everything if I could!
The brisket was also amazing-it was nice and juicy and fatty in all the best ways. Honestly coming from NY I don’t think I can ever go back. You have set the bar so high-not just in customer service but in quality.

Well what can I say as soon as you walk into the building you are greeted by the owner. Atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Service is 10/10 and the FOOD is the best part. I ordered the Texas Trinity 3 meets 2 sides and a drink. My wife got the Texas two step 2 meats two sides and a drink. Price was great and food was amazing. Would recommend to every bbq lover. Can’t go wrong with Skinny’s.

Cameron and Jayden were super nice from the moment we came in. The place was pretty full, but they were still very attentive. I will point out that they were out of a lot of items on their menu (chicken, beans, no ice…). Came out here to try some TX BBQ and we were not disappointed! We ordered the Buck Shot for a group of 4, and it was enough to fill us up. Meats: brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and chicken. Sides: Mac & cheese, BBQ beans, and potato salad. Very satisfied with the service and atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit here.

Texas Trinity was very good!! We got the brisket (moist) chicken and ribs. Would have gotten the pulled pork but they were out. Sides were mac n cheese with pimento (!) Genius!! Never thought to put that in mac n cheese but it works so well!! Cole slaw and fries. Love the seasoning on the fries! Would definitely go back if we lived here but just passing through. If you’re not from El Paso do yourself a favor and check it out. You wont be sorry!!

The food was really excellent except for the skimpy one piece of brisket. It wouldn’t have been so bad but I dropped it on the floor after only eating one bite. The one bite I did have was pretty good. The portions on the ribs and pulled pork were good. They were out of chicken. The french fries were crispy and yummy. The sauce was good.

Brisket cooked to PERFECTION!!! Just falls apart when you pick up a piece & the flavor is so on point, no sauce needed. Pulled Pork has a great smokey flavor too. Potato Salad is super homemade tasting. No frills added. Just delightful.
Staff was really nice & helpful. They have a perfect sound system & play a wonderful mix of music. Great vibe & ambiance!
