The best loaded fries!! I met this couple Friday morning, the chef Skinny said that he does all his sauces homemade and they are made fresh for the same day they are going to sell. My husband ordered the bacon ranch fries and I ordered mushroom, Swiss and bacon fries, OMG it’s the only thing I can say they were amazinggg, best loaded fries in Killeen!!!

If you know where Polar Bear was, it is now Skinny’s. I like to try out new places and this is rather new. I met the owners who are rather good natured people. Skinny has a H.o.T (Heart of Texas) Heat Burger that I tried first. It brings the SPICE. The patty had a good char and was tender and moist in the middle. It was topped with an onion ring, cheese, and 3 different chilies – including habañero.
The burger in the pic is his Hawaiian. It is a good blend of sweet and savory. The burger is cooked and seaoned properly and topped with cheese and bacon for savory. The sweet is due to the caramelized onioins and a grilled pineapple ring. The fries are smothered with bacon and cheese. This were very satisfying meals. I look forward to seeing this shop grow and improve.

Gotta be one of the worst customer experiences I ever had…. I am here doing an Uber eats order and their lobby is closed. So, naturally I knock on the door. Before the lady can open the door, all I hear is “Don’t knock on my door, it says authorized personnel only!” Funny thing is, the last time I was here I knocked on the same door and everything was fine then. But today this man continues to yell and disrespect me as if I offended him in some way. The lady finally gets to the door and he is still yelling and I’m telling her why I am there and she keeps trying to close the door on me. She wasn’t yelling but she was very dismissive. She didn’t even seem to care why I was there. It wasn’t but two to three weeks ago I was speaking to the man himself and we had a good conversation then but today he is angry with the world. I think he is bi polar. Well, so is my wallet … I wanted to spend my money here when they lobby finally opened and bring some friends but now, yeah right! I’ll take my money and time somewhere else!

owners are rude and think she can talk to anybody any kind of way them three customers they got really got to there head , thinking it takes 30 minutes to an hour for a burger some wings and fries and then has the audacity to say her customers deserve the best but her husband messed up the order , if your customers deserve the best then maybe actually make the food right the first time and maybe not take 30 minutes on each burger then have the audacity to get an attitude with the customer or dasher because they told them they’ve been waiting almost an hour talking about we didn’t have to be there and her customers get the best ..hell by the time they got done making the second order again the first one is cold as hell so if your so worried about your customers then maybe just do what your supposed to and have a better attitude and maybe your parking lot won’t just be your vehicle in it all day in an ally nobody can find bc there’s no sign at all , there black curtains covering the inside , looks sketchy as hell anyways . Will never waste my money nor time here ever again and then you can’t even tell how you feel on a review because she gets in her feelings and gets butt hurt when folks actually telling the truth how are you mad that everybody else agrees you take forever to make the most basic meal do better nobody’s fault but your own if your doing renovations and it’s gonna take u longer then don’t open until u actually have enough staff to help because this is sad and unprofessional

Weird hours where they close in the middle of the day and then reopen. They have curtains on the order window so you can’t tell if someone is actually in there. Rang bell and hot no response for 5 minutes, rang again and took about 3 minutes gor someone to take my order. Waited 45 minutes for a simple burger and fries while there were 0 other customers that ever came. Staff was rude and food was meh. Don’t waste your time.
