The wife and I came by after spinning several of the Pokestops and Pokemon Gyms in the area. We got the Nutella pancake, chicken fried steak, all meat omelet, cheese fries, and onion rings. We were lucky because appetizers were 5 bucks for happy hour and they weren’t holding back. The food was amazing! The service was super awesome; quick, consistent, and welcoming. Definitely going to come back

We waited outside briefly, then placed our orders and when we were seated at our table, they brought our food right to us in just a few minutes. All the food was delicious, especially the eggs. The iced mocha was a lot fancier looking than I expected (I thought those pictures were of milkshakes) but it was really good for someone who loves sweet coffee. The strawberries on the pancakes were very fresh and ripe! I’m really looking forward to eating my leftovers, and to coming back here again.
Note that it is a bit loud in the restaurant but they have patio seating, which I imagine is a little quieter.

I would rate this place a 6/10. The wait wasn’t too long and I like how they take your order outside and then seat you. So when you get seated your food comes out shortly afterwards. For the amount of food I think the prices were just fine, however I didn’t too much care for the biscuits and gravy specifically. I thought the biscuits were a bit dry. The gravy was good tho. But I ended up sending mine back to the kitchen. And I didn’t like how low the lights were hanging from the ceiling.Im slightly tall so I did bump my head on them getting up.

Visited this place for brunch after a long time and there was a bit of a wait. Sadly, the service and food didn’t meet our expectations. It was quite disappointing.

I frequent this place on the weekend and I always take people visiting me here. Wait can be 10-20 mins when busy, but considering how many people come here not bad at all. You order when you put your name on the list so when you’re seated, your food is ready.

Portions are always big, prices are pretty reasonable. I love getting the skilletz breakfast. I’ve ordered some desert shakes in the past, but not a fan of those personally (they use Hershey chocolate syrup and I don’t like that). Staff is super nice.

Parking can be kind of annoying but never takes longer than 10 mins to find a spot. Located in a unique little area with vintage shops around.

Great little mom and pop breakfast and brunch restaurant in historic street in Fremont. A huge menu with lots of great options. Classic American breakfast food. Service is very friendly and you feel like you’re going back in time when visiting this neighborhood. Food was pretty good but I feel like we ordered the wrong stuff. I think more traditional breakfast dishes like pancakes and French toast might have been better. Still definitely worth a visit. Very charming!

This is the best brunch cafe in Fremont. Food quality is great and even the amount is big enough to feed even two guests per one dish. You should anticipate to wait in a long line on the weekends.

It feels good coming back here! There were many people in line. The first time I came here, there wasn’t because I came earlier.

They have us fill in our names and times we come here and then seated us based on the party. Luckily for me since I’m the only one dining here, I was the first one to be called in. They make us order before we get seated depending on the party size.

I heard that they have a patio section, but unsure where it is because I’ve never seen it. I heard that we have to walk around the restaurant and it’s all the way at the back. The restaurant is small and makes me wonder how can they fit a lot of people inside.

The corned beef is different compared to other breakfast restaurants. It’s mushier and they served us salsa, but that’s probably for the potatoes. For the hot coffee, they gave me a large cup. Usually, restaurants serve us small ones.

I made my promise to come back here but it’s been almost two years now. I’ll try to come here a little more often.

Visited here twice during our stay in Niles . We had breakfast and dinner menus . On both occasions staff were friendly and attentive and service was quick and food fresh ! Both visits did not disappoint! Large potions so no need to add sides to your order – Thank you for a wonderful experience

I was disappointment with my first experience at Skillet. I came in on afternoon for a quick branch. The inside of the restaurant was desperately dark. I asked to go to patio.

When going to the patio, they have me ( customers) walk through the kitchen. Kitchen was ok, but there was a tray of bread sitting in front of open door and no one was there.

We sit outside, where several flies annoyed us. Also the condiment box had old potato that could be there for hours. Seems like no one cleaned.

I ordered my food and made sure no bacon on it. When I got the dish, two bites into the dish, I tasted bacon and asked one of the waiter to take it back. The waiter took my plate back to replace it or offer me a new dish. Shortly the manager came back with my plate ( after taken to kitchen) upset about saying the dish does not have beacon and pushed me to eat it.

It was very unpleasant experience that marks this place of my go to spot.

Also all waitress wearing white and their clothes are uncleaned.
