Our first visit to Skillets, unexpectedly on Christmas Eve…. Wonderful experience!! Like a Christmas Miracle, compared to other restaurant experiences lately.
We were greeted promptly and courteously, and seated right away. Our server, Miss Sophia was friendly, prompt, attentive and efficient. Restaurant staff, who were not our servers, were also friendly, stopping by to make sure we were happy. We had the Bacon Avocado Skillet with a seasonal Apple Cranberry Scone, Cajun Chicken Skillet
and Buttermilk Pancakes. Everything was delicious!
Prices were acceptable, portions were perfect.
I look forward to our next visit!

Stopped here with a party of three for lunch at 1PM on a weekday. There was plenty of seating available and we were given a booth. Waters were brought to the table immediately and our server was very patient with the one difficult, somewhat challenging member of our party. Food came out in a timely manner and was good quality. Minor ding on the service for putting the wrong topping on one of the waffle orders (strawberries instead of blueberries), but I like both, so no need to make a fuss. Clean bathrooms and ample parking available. They have daily specials which were well explained by the host upon him seating us.

This establishment is new to the Wellington area and I’ve heard many good things about this company but unfortunately the hype did not meet the actual experience.
The atmosphere is really nice and cozy and clean but the food was very disappointing, by far the driest omelet I’ve ever had and it was not pleasant at all, my wife’s meal was also very dry. The skillet potatoes were also dry and unfortunately cold in the center. We ate what we could but left very dissatisfied and honestly disappointed.
The strawberry scone was interesting in concept but again really dry and not very appetizing. The scrambled eggs that my child had were also overcooked and dried out, so was the story with the pancake also.
I would have said something but the place was nearing closing time and honestly by then our appetite was gone.
The server was informative in the beginning explaining all the specials and what not and we didn’t see the server again until it was time to pay our bill and go.
Overall not the greatest experience and rather disappointing.

The Skillets in Wellington, FL is light and bright and clean. Lots of parking too. Big menu with lots of options and you can substitute items. Soft music so you can hear everyone at your table. Attentive wait staff. Indoor and covered outdoor seating plus a private party room.

Had an interesting dining experience. I witnessed the manager treating the employees terribly , talking to them crazy and being simply rude to staff, completely disheartening. Other than that the food was amazing and my server NeaMyah was amazing , so knowledgeable and considerate she did great!

This was our first time , and it was so nice to be treated so kind from the moment we walked in. The assistant manager seated us, explained the specials and all. Nea was our server and she was the very best server with her knowledge of the menu, very charming. She didn’t miss a beat. The coffee pot on the table was a plus, and the restaurant was so clean. I see why people are having about this restaurant! We will definitely be back!

The manager on duty 11.28.25 early am was incredibly kind to me and my son when we rode there on our bikes. Sorry I don’t know his name but he greeted us with a smile and was great throughout our interaction. He treated us with respect and kindness. The food was quick and came out as expected. Waitress was attentive, friendly and fast. Overall a good experience. Will definitely be going back. Thank you to a great staff for a wonderful experience. Place is very clean as well.
