Our waiter sat on her phone while we sat in an empty restaurant waiting to receive drink refills for 10 minutes, as long with making eye contact while we were talking about refilling our cups, we didn’t receive them until another 10 minutes later after the food had sat on the hot bar waiting on our waitress. Food was not cooked properly. buns were hard- they serve “subs” as a sandwich.

Our meal at the restaurant was quite lovely. The hash browns are fresh as well as a toast and eggs tasted really good. The waitress was quite attentive and always checked back to see if we needed coffee. The restaurant wasn’t too crowded even though the local College of Southern graduation. The setting is very clean and well oriented and I definitely recommend stopping in for at least breakfast!

Just got out of hospital & my mom took us for burgers. After 3p arrival, not busy. Immediately seated, woman waitress EXTREMELY & genuinely friendly, brought menus right away, took care of drinks. Efficient in taking food orders. Wonderful woman!!

Wasted $25 on lunch. The cheesesteak wasnt good, fries were soggy and cheese sticks aren’t good quality. It all ended up going in the trash. I should have went with Piedmont Ale House

Ordered skids special cheeseburger basket. Typically this is a large hand pattied…burger and usually taste great. This time the burger was so thin it was more like 1/8 lb smashburger. The quality and taste was not good and the cost for 2 was over $20. Very disappointed in this location. Other skids locations have quality and prices are lower. Why is Elon horrible and so expensive? Very disappointed and won’t be back

My first time visiting Skid’s restaurant. Sat at the counter for breakfast. Glenda was my server and was an absolute treasure. We visited the entire time and I was treated like a regular. Oh, and the food was great as well. I now have a new regular breakfast stop. Keep being you Glenda! The rest of the staff today was also very friendly.
