My experience here was pretty good! We love Chicago Italian beef and wanted to see if it matched! It doesn’t but it was good to me, while my spouse taste buds were different. I purchased the Italian beef and polish sandwich dipped while he had the Italian beef dipped with extra peppers. Total was around ~$22. We will consider giving them another try again sometime. Please know in advance cash is only taken.

The people here are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They answered the phone when I called to place my order. They didn’t greet me, ask me to hold on or anything, just sat the phone down. I came here to order and spoke with the manager about the situation, she explained that the cook is busy and more than likely she took the phone off of the hook. There was only one car here when we arrived. She pulled us around for 2 pantrout plates and we’ve been waiting over 20 minutes. This place was much better when Mr. Skeet owned it. The new owner Sylvia is all about the money and is allowing her business to be run into the ground. She’s constantly raising prices but making portion sizes smaller and providing horrible customer service. I’m all about supporting black businesses but I will not be back.

I have loved you for thirteen years now they have always had great customer service and I clean eating space. Located in the heart of Columbus right off the highway. The owner have brought a Chicago style food to Mississippi I have been to Chicago so I know exactly how the food tasted it and how the food is prepared there when I come to Skeets I get my Italian beef with everything on it dipped just like it done in the Chi-town. If you’re from Chicago you would love to eat at Skeets it remind you of home.

I ordered the RIBS Tips and I sampled their Pan Trout. Both meals were very good. The atmosphere and the employees were friendly as well. It’s a good place to see old friends and associates.
