Loved the burger! Loved the appetizers: cheese balls, polenta fries, and cauliflower bites. Family friendly. The waiter was able to recreate a drink my sister loved when she ate here last even when it wasn’t on the menu (the blue one) because the waiter comes up with all the drinks! Love that it uses local ingredients and everything tastes fresh. Thank you for filling our bellies today!

Two of us flew in for lunch. We were seated on a weekday right away. The tables were clean The menu offers a good typical selection of American lunch options. We got a sandwich and salad and both were great. Waitress was really nice. It took a while for our food to come out so not super fast. View of planes landing is excellent

New restaurant (for us). We have been so hungry for “something different”. Tried this for the first time tonight. Lots of healthy vegan and vegetarian options, and you get to sit and watch the private planes come and go as the sun sets. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Food quality was awesome. I did a bulgar wheat salad. Layers and layers of balanced flavors. I’m impressed! So glad to find a new place with some super healthy options for me!!! And the ultimate? Nathan loved the burger and fries. He can be a harsh critic (he’s right… Some of the best fries around)! Check ’em out sometime!

Cool restaurant on the side of the airport runway. Soup, sandwich and salad options feature at lunchtime – easy to eat healthy. All are prepared with fresh local ingredients.
My tomato soup cup came with a drizzle of basil oil and some crouton crunch, and my tuna melt on Water Tank Bakery sourdough was hot and gooey, really delicious.
They have pie options for dessert from Whidbey Pies, but alas I was too full.

Fun restaurant at the edge of the Skagit airstrip – you can see planes taking off from all the tables. Friendly server and very clean. Family friendly meal options. About $15 – 20 for lunch. I had the grilled cheese, which was quite good.

This is a wonderful local spot for a delicious meal! My wife and I dined here for brunch and it was fantastic. We both opted for the Chorizo breakfast burrito and the composition was perfect. This place is hyper local and sources as many ingredients as possible from the bounty of the surrounding Skagit valley. Burrito comes with seasonal fruit and we were expecting the obligatory orange slice and grapes (common at many cafes). But what we got was a delicious bowl of local berries, peaches and pears topped with fresh mint! So delicious. Pair the great food with a neat setting amidst local planes taking and superb service and you have a winning combination. We will be back frequently!

Just was really looking forward to eating here after seeing the menu weeks beforehand. There’s no obvious sign for knowing if there is table service, nor what the choices of soup of the day, nor the daily pie flavors. And there was suppose to be pear hard cider. When I asked for a cider, the young girl at the counter asked ‘what size’…? There was only one size can… The hot entrées were warmed in the microwave, making the crust of the quiche just mushy and the interior hot enough to burn. The other entrée that was ordered was quite skimpy. I can see why it’s empty of customers.

As an aviation enthusiast, I always want to check out any place I can have lunch and watch airplanes come and go. Skagit landing is just such a place. The view of the ramp and main runway is good, and the food is really good. I really want to come back and try their dinner menu.
