I went to SIZZLING Seafood to get food for my grandmother, and aunt for dinner. The restaurant on the outside is very inviting ,and colorful. As well as the inside it is very colorful, the menu is clear , specials of the day are on display. When you walk inside the fish , and shellfish is on ice on display to the customer’s. The lady Michelle had her mask on inside handling the food . The other two young ladies didn’t have mask on however . The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean on the inside and out. I have it 5 stars for taste ,and cleanliness. Only recommendation I would give them is to make sure all workers have their mask on. I would also tell Michelle to take off her gloves and switch them between orders because I seen her make someone shrimp tacos with the same gloves she did fried whiting,then another shrimp boil.

Cannot emphasize enough what a hidden gem this place is! The fried shrimp were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The customer service was amazing! Good amount of food for the prices, lots of yummy left overs for later . Highly recommended for seafood lovers.

I ordered Fried shrimp and French fries which was nasty. The batter wasn’t fresh. You can tell it was old batter that was days ago in which they keep in the fridge. I also ordered a create your own combo seafood platter. It was decent but a bit watery. Could have cooked a little longer.

This place just opened 3 days ago and every time I passed by it was full of customers. Today I decided to try it out and I must say food is amazing. Fresh and good size portions. Staff is very welcoming. Bogota needed a spot like this. Bogota welcomes you Sizzlin Seafood! Good luck!

The food was too spicy. The whiting fish was cooked so hard that you couldn’t taste nothing but hot spices. I could not eat it. Hopefully they will improve. Too much spices can be overpowering and lose the flavor of your meal. Had to keep it real.!!

Today (11/6/2020) when I called, the lady that answered the phone was completely rude and was not helpful at all. We had a family party and wanted to order catering. My cousin called asking about their platters and the girl, would not answer her questions. She proceeded to hang up the phone. I called to ask her the same and she responded with “ma’am, did you check the website?” and I was asking her what was the difference between them and she responded with “ma’am, I’m too busy to explain anything to you right now”, with an attitude and hung up. We called from five different numbers and she would not answer the phone. My aunt called asking for someone and same lady said “I do not speak Spanish” and hung up.
My cousin and I physically went to the location at 9:20 pm and the door was locked and the same girl said they were closed. I was under the impression that they closed at 10:00 pm.
Horrible customer service and I had heard the food was really good. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Sizzling seafood is not open. Phone number is fake too . The place was supposed to be Boca seafood. But… it’s in the wrong spot. No traffic of clients. Just elementary school kids. Should be in Hackensack or teaneck Rd.
