It all began on January 27, 1958. With $50 in the cash register, Del and Helen Johnson opened “Sizzler Family Steak House” in in Culver City, California. This was the place where everyone could enjoy a great steak dinner at an affordable price. Today, we strive to serve the best hand-cut steaks at the most affordable price for the whole family with the addition of a broad, all-American menu and an abundance of fresh and healthy options. Sizzler is the restaurant where America comes to satisfy its appetite with U.S.D.A. Choice steaks cut fresh daily and cooked over an open flame, fresh seafood, and premium craft soup and salads prepared fresh daily.

So COZY and fun! I really enjoyed visiting this Sizzler’s with my family. It has a great atmosphere and the patrons and staff are all very friendly and polite. I went on Mother’s Day and despite the busy rush, service wasn’t that bad. I’d say the only downside to this Sizzlers is you have to wait for the staff to bring your plates, bowls, soft serve dessert bowls etc. Having to wait for this kind of stuff is a bit annoying but I get it, it’s a smaller Sizzlers and they don’t have a lot of room. However, the food was delicious, I had the salad bar and I was impressed with the quality of the salads, clam chowder, potato wedges and chicken. Everything was yummy, including the bread (although it could’ve been toasted a bit better). Their is plenty of seating at this location and despite the influx of people today their was a good traffic flow at the salad bar, I never felt crowded.

We Love Sizzlers. Especially the cheese bread. Brought My Husband for his birthday. The server was very polite, helpful and courteous. As always the food was delicious. We miss not having a Sizzlers close to where we live, so we drive 45 minutes out just to have dinner here at Sizzlers.

Hasn’t stepped foot in a sizzler in years! Came here for lunch with friends, had the all u can eat salad bar, and enjoyed it.. Salad fresh and cold, well stocked. Soups, clam chowder and chicken noodle tasted just as I remembered.. They also have taco shells and taco fixings for their buffet, enjoyed a good salad and soup, got full, paid a decent price for AYCE, sizzler is back on my radar, won’t wait so long to go back again.. Service was good, it was lunch time and busy, expected to have my drink run dry but it didn’t.

Sizzler’s salad bar is the best around, thank you for bringing it back, almost lost it due to the pandemic, way to make a comeback and it’s not just salad, you can have chicken, pasta, meatballs, taco bar and soup plus all of the plates that come from the kitchen, plus great service all for a great price

I wish the buffet was properly stocked. Most items during our visit, from the hot bar were low or out. The items we were able to get, were prepared properly and were delicious! Our server was delightful and kind. Drinks and plates were always prepared – and there was genuine kindness coming from our server. The salad bar was clean and well maintained, delicious and fresh. The interior of the building could use some light tlc, to brighten and freshen the space, but overall good visit.

We came to this sizzler’s in Banning, CA and had not one but two amazing servers. DJ was very attentive and constantly going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. In addition Christian was making sure we were also being take care of while DJ was in a another section. Overall this was a very splendid time and I’d recommend coming to this location anytime. 😀

We are from LA county and came to Palm Springs to visit. I grew up having Sizzlers but most locations have closed. It’s never a disappointment, delicious and tasty food. The restaurant is clean and staff is amazing. Will be back next time we’re in town.
