It all began on January 27, 1958. With $50 in the cash register, Del and Helen Johnson opened “Sizzler Family Steak House” in in Culver City, California. This was the place where everyone could enjoy a great steak dinner at an affordable price. Today, we strive to serve the best hand-cut steaks at the most affordable price for the whole family with the addition of a broad, all-American menu and an abundance of fresh and healthy options. Sizzler is the restaurant where America comes to satisfy its appetite with U.S.D.A. Choice steaks cut fresh daily and cooked over an open flame, fresh seafood, and premium craft soup and salads prepared fresh daily.

Food was delicious. I got the salad bar and they have good variety of add-ons. The Cherry-limeade tasted just like the old Cherry Icee! Whenever I come, I always have to grab a chocolate vanilla swirl ice cream to finish off the meal

Our server, Marcos, was very quick and efficient in making sure our needs were met. Seriously 10/10, he has very good character.
The food was mainly good, though the chicken noodle soup was not very good. It was also room temperature, not warm or hot. I ordered a 6oz tri tip medium rare, received it medium. No complaints, it still tasted good.

Great customer service!! The salad bar was so plentiful and clean! Yummmm. We rolled out of the restaurant. We ate so much at the salad bar. Soups, desserts, taco bar, everything! Highly recommended

I know I should talk about the food (the food was lovely) but I really have to say give grace to Marcos. Marcos was helping my daughter and I at our table. He was very kind, and considerate. I can tell he works very hard here. He regularly checked in, brought us what we needed. While waiting for our food, I see him walking throughout the restaurant making sure all his customers were taken care of. I can tell he puts a lot of heart into working with his customers. I can tell he puts a lot of work into his job. The food here is delicious and my daughter and I were here last week as well. The staff are amazing, but Marcos really went above and beyond today and I think he should receive recognition for his efforts. Marcos, if you see this, thank you for being so wonderful and gracious to my daughter and I! Your hard work is not unnoticed by your customers! Food was awesome. Top tier service, shoutout to Marcos. All the steak were boneless and the lemonade had refills. My price total was expensive, though I would say that I got my money’s worth. My first time eating here and I had a great experience.

Although Sizzler is a staple establishment and known to most, the customer service provided by Marcos is worth highlighting! With 42 years of experience, he still serves with a smile and passion!
