The weight to or make my order was ridiculous. The manager kept walking around but he wouldn’t go help take orders and I think that’s ridiculous. You need to have two people on this Saturday night taking orders. Give me a break especially at dinner rush. The service was good and the food was excellent. I came for the steak and all you can eat shrimp. I appreciate the fact that you run this special because I can’t afford to eat out every night since I’m a widow and I live alone. I have to take care of myself but I treat myself once in awhile to something like this and I like that sizzler is around so I can treat myself. Food is awesome and the service is even better

Always a great place to get some good cooked food and/or just the salad bar. My wife says that this place is a must whenever we are near…

I’ve been coming to Sizzler for almost 30 years, and I still love this place. I have so many great memories of coming here with family and friends over the years. It’s one of those spots that instantly brings back good times and comfort. The food is consistently good, the salad bar is classic, and the staff has always been friendly. It’s a reminder of why Sizzler has been a favorite for generations.

The food here was just awful. My son ordered ribs and they were dry on one side and fatty on the other. I had the salad bar which was okay I guess but the taco bar was terrible. The beans were ashy looking and the meat had a pretty gross taste to it. The service was good though. The waiter was really great and he just zipped around the place helping everyone. We complained about the ribs but not like a “Karen”. I was extremely polite about it. The manager Josh was wonderful and came up with a resolution for the matter. He gave us Sizzler bucks to comp the meal. This was the Sizzler on Redwood Rd. by the way.

My family and I came here for dinner tonight. Immediately off the bat we all agreed that the hostess wasn’t very friendly and kind of came off a little hostile. No “How are you?” Or “Welcome in” She seemed thoroughly annoyed when I asked if the salad bar came with a choice of side. Silent pause then said “technically” – I asked for a baked potato because it was half the reason I wanted to come here. She said they no longer serve potatoes. Certainly not her fault, but management should remove them from the menu. About 10 minutes after we started eating a different waitress came and asked us if we wanted anymore food from the salad bar. We were kind of confused why she would ask that… she said “they are putting things away” …. mind you that this is 47 minutes before closing! My husband said he would probably grab some more pasta real quick, she then says “oh sorry they’ve already put that away” I mean come on really? So we rushed, not full off of dinner at all, to grab some ice cream. They had already moved the ice cream toppings away from the station on onto a seating table. No utensils or spoons to grab any toppings so then I had to hunt for something. We left still hungry and extremely disappointed after spending $61 before tip on 2 salad bars, a kids meal, and 2 meat skewers, and had a total of 20 minutes to eat. While leaving THIRTY MINUTES before closing, all food was put away and the place had already reeked of cleaning solution.

Service was great our sever checked up on us every few minutes. That was nice of her. Some of our food was okay. The burger was delicious. All but one steaks was supposed to be well done for my kids, but it came medium on the inside and burnt on the outside. Salad bar food was good we all like it. Overall food was ok Service was excellent.

I was too livid to write this yesterday,1/18/25, after we went. My dad, infant son, and I went to the west valley Sizzler for lunch. I ordered my steak medium rare. The food came out quickly, but my steak was too rare, to the point it could be considered blue. I sent it back, not a huge deal, and a manager brought out the new steak and asked me to check if it was right. While I was trying to cut the steak, she crouched down to say hello to my son. She held his hands and kissed him. I do not know this woman, but she thought it was fine to interact with my baby. I should have caused a scene, but just said “let’s not kiss people’s babies.” This manager tried to laugh it off, saying sorry and that “he’s just so cute”. I was in shock and trying to contain my rage. There has been a surge of the flu, rsv, and the measles and covid still exists. Our waitress was also shocked and sent a higher-up manager than the woman. He apologized and tried to excuse the other manager as overly friendly. We left quickly, but in hindsight should have demanded at least a partial refund, since we had the $9 salad bar add-on that we barely used. We took our food to go, and it really was not worth the nearly $70 spent. Sizzler used to be the place to go, now I doubt we will ever return.
