EVERYBODY I have told or brought here raves about this place after one bite. Mike and Mary grind their own meat for these smash burgers and they are the beefiest (flavor wise) of any burger I have ever had!!!
This hidden gem is so good I know you will go out of your way (like I do) to eat here. Look. I only have a few reviews and am in the top 10% of reviewers. Why? Because I choose to review the BEST of the best and I guess people trust me? Lol. I love great food and service. Life is too short to simply stuffy face with average when I can savor the experience of fantastic food worth fueling my body and soul.

Giving 4 only because we would’ve liked to eat in there but it was fairly warm. Air conditioning was on but needs something else to push the air around. Maybe window shades since the glass just makes it boil inside

Food was really good! I had the single sizzle burger. First time eating a burger and not feeling sluggish after. The Smashed Falafel was great choice for my mom since she doesn’t eat meat/”gluten free” since no bun. Everyone enjoyed their food and we would definitely go back. Shakes were pretty good too. Got chocolate & choc chip shakes (lot of chunks of cookie)

Really great option for a hamburger. Patty could be a little bit thicker, but all the ingredients do taste fresh. The french fries are crispy and delicious.

My husband got the double California burger, which was very big & full. I got the double sizzle burger which reminded me of an elevated in-n-out animal style. And my young daughter got the kid’s jr. burger.
What really stood out to us; the cheese, as it was definitely REAL cheese that had great cheddar flavor. Not that plasticy American cheese. We loved that the burgers were smashed thin and almost kind of crispy (so good). And the buns tasted super fresh and were fluffy and buttery.
The staff were extremely friendly and the service was quick. The restaurant itself was very simple in terms of decor and aesthetics, but VERY clean and comfortable.
Would absolutely return & recommend!

Finally a good burger spot in El Cajon !!! Came here with two of my buddies here right when they opened. I got the sizzle burger made it a double and it tasted just like in n out ! So bomb ! My friend got breakfast burger and loved it ! My buddy got the falafel burger, which I have never seen ! He loved it as well. We all got shakes from their secret menu. Chocolate chip cookie shakes ! We ended up sharing sizzle fries and those were spectacular as well ! Lots of seating inside the restaurant. The staff was nice and it was clean which is always a plus. When I come back definitely trying the falafel burger !

First off, service was amazing, very friendly staff. The food was amazing, smash style burgers. We had a double California burger with bacon cheese fries (actual fresh thick bacon) and a sizzle burger with tater tots. The ranch dressing was made in house (very good) as mentioned by the staff.

The food had big portions, the prices were affordable, the staff were very kind, the restaurant was very clean, and had a welcoming environment. 100% recommend to this restaurant if you want delicious burgers, fries, and a milkshake all at an affordable price and an amazing experience!
