The atmosphere was great. Me and my wife had a great time. Drinks were pretty good. Loved the grits and eggs and waffles. Everything was made to perfection. Only downside for me was the bacon. Would’ve preferred less crispy but my wife enjoyed her meal. Definitely will be returning soon.

I went to Sizzle and Brew around 10:30 AM and was told there would be a 20-minute wait for indoor seating, but we could be seated outside right away. We chose the patio, and it turned out to be a great choice! The back patio was really nice with plenty of fans, so it wasn’t too hot.
It did take a little while for our server to get to us, since he had a couple of other tables outside. After ordering, our drinks and food took some time to arrive, about 10–15 minutes just for our waters, which another staff member eventually brought out as they saw we didn’t have anything.
For food, we ordered the Crab Benny and the Caprese Toast with a side of potatoes. Both dishes were delicious, well-prepared, and portion sizes were just right. The total came out to about $33, which I felt was very reasonable for the quality.
Overall, the atmosphere and food were great, but the service was a bit questionable. Still, I’d definitely consider giving it another try a different time.

So busy but oh the food- we were a larger party but they accommodated us without hesitation. Our server was spot on, quick and all our orders were correct. Food came out quickly and hot. It is not a large place so it’s a bit crowded but the service and quick response with the variety of food makes it well worth the time to sit a bit. We had a variety of foods and all were very tasty. Take the time to visit and support your local caffeine dealers, and they even sell shirts that say that.

Stopped in for brunch with the girlies — a mix of eating and getting a little work done. The staff was super friendly and let us sit outside, hang out, and linger even after we finished our meal, which was really nice. Coffee was solid, though I wish they had a few more options. I ordered the boudain eggs Benedict — the boudain itself was tasty, but the cornbread base felt a little heavy, and the ratio of bread to boudain was off (way more bread than I would’ve liked). Overall though, it was a great experience! The menu had so many tempting dishes, so I’ll definitely have to come back and try more next time.

The welcome sign outside states “no outside food or drink – leave in your vehicle”(and there are several more throughout the place), which is not the most welcoming sign. And while i understand the policy, it should be a case to case. Makes a business seem a bit thirsty for money. My daughter just had bariatric surgery and only drinks protein coffee in the morning, it was early, but she was not allowed to have it. The blonde, older lady, stated for her to place it on the floor under the table. What??? Now that, IS a health code violation if there is one. She earlier stated that bringing drinks in was in violation of health code. No, that’s not exactly it. And my daughter tried to explain why she needed her drink, Ms blonde lady was not listening and gave no time as to why. We also had two small children that bring their own drinks and snacks just in case (IYKYK), so, we almost walked away because we did not get a warm and fuzzy on the way in, but there were too many of us to shift away or we would have. It should not be the main focus as customers arrive. But, to be fair, we would have missed out on great food had we left. While it is overpriced, in my opinion, it was very well made and served. The taste was very good. If they can get the customer service to feel a bit more welcoming, they may have more return customers, we won’t be back no matter how great the food was. Too much competition out there! The two stars for atmosphere was about the welcome we received. I have run and managed businesses and this is not good for business. Yes, a sign stating your expectations may be necessary but don’t make it the focus and the sign that welcomes your customers. My opinion.
We also had a group of 11 and 2 people were missing so we were told they would seat us once everyone arrived. Again, I get the policy but nine of us were there and the place was empty with only one other table seated. Case to case. Plenty of employees there as they were all congregating by the front area. Maybe 5 to 6 at one time. It was not busy at all at that time.
I almost forgot to mention, our server was absolutely great as well! Very attentive and paid attention to detail.

Today was our 4th visit and we really like this place. The service is consistently great and everything we have ordered has been delicious. Their potatoes are the best I have ever had. They do some kind of magic to those spuds! In the past I’ve enjoyed their omelettes, chicken sandwich and chicken and waffles.
Today we tried the Big Sizzle with a Hawaiian waffle and it was so fun and tasty. They’ll make any of the pancake varieties into a waffle, if you want. It was so yummy and different. I love that the servers all seem like neighborhood kids (young adults) but really well trained servers. They are so friendly and genuinely want to give every customer a great experience. We have eaten outside on the deck the past couple of visits and I enjoy that. It’s fairly sheltered from the wind.
