I just wanted to recognize how wonderful our server Meech was. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He made great recommendations, stayed on top of everything without being intrusive, and made us feel truly welcome.

Sixty Vines is located at the new Miami World Center. It is much larger than it appears from the outside. They have an expansive bar seating area, where my friend and I chose to try their happy hour deals (or Tappy Hour as they call it) before having to attend a nearby event. The Thursday late afternoon we arrived on, the restaurant was fairly sparse. A couple of seated tables and one other person at the bar. The bartender was soft-spoken and sweet. When I went to order off the happy hour wine list, he informed me they ran out of my choice. So I asked if there was any other of the selections they were out of so as not to get my heart set on something else they may not have. Two out of the 4 red wines from that menu were out. I asked to try the two that were left and he obliged. I did enjoy that they give you options for size of pour for the wine. We also ordered off the Starters which are also included in the happy hour deal. We went with the crispy zucchini and boy was I happy we did. They were light, and a large portion. We both really enjoyed it.

Great spot for wine tasting or dinner. Full bar also offered. Marcus was a great bartender. We really enjoyed the ‘CÔTES DU RHÔNE! The olives are a bit spicy, the pizza and Caesar salad were nice. Had a great time and will definitely be back and will try the happy hour!

I went last night for dinner and I highly recommend! I had a 10/10 experience. The food, ambiance, and vibes were amazing! I had LeMarcus as my waiter and he was the absolute best! I tried the Fried chicken + caviar, pork chops, Brussels sprouts, shrimp bacon pizza, burrata and their cheesecake! Everything was delicious! Their wine flights were a must have! I can’t wait to go back soon & try their brunch!

We dined at Sixty Vines on a Sunday evening, and the attention was superb. To start, we had the fried chicken and caviar, as well as the tuna crudo. Both appetizers were good, but not impactful. Our favorite dish was the rainbow trout. The combination of green lentil and curry was great. We also had the steak bavette, which was OK. We were pleasantly surprised by the desserts; the deviled affogato was absolutely perfect! The wine selection was also impressive, as expected.
Overall, the service was excellent. The ambiance calls for quality wine and a charcuterie board, and possibly close with the amazing dessert, for which we will be returning.

We came to Sixty Vines Miami after our courthouse ceremony, and it was the perfect spot to celebrate(just 3 mins drive). The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and inviting—like stepping into a modern vineyard oasis in the heart of downtown.
The wine-on-tap concept is amazing, with so many great options to sample. We loved the variety, the presentation, and how fresh everything tasted. The food was just as impressive—delicious charcuterie, flavorful mains.
KC and Kate were friendly and attentive, and the staff made us feel truly celebrated. It was the perfect mix of laid-back and special—exactly what we were looking for after our big moment.

The food is made to order. The open kitchen allows me to see the cooks cut the fruits themselves. The interior design is elevating and relaxing. I am in love with the balance of the wood accents and abstract art. The food is clean and healthy. The house potatoes are cooked into thick steaks that gives a hearty bite. The roasted potatoes had a bronze color and a nice crisp.

From the reservation process with corporate to the hospitality by our server LeMarcus to the attention from the manager Blake, we had an amazing experience.
The food was delicious and we absolutely loved the ambiance. Such a great find for a group dinner!! The prefixed group dining menus were so worth it.
Big shout out to LeMarcus who took such good care of our group! He was so attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. He even gave us some recommendations for a bar to hit up after our dinner.
