We recently dined at Frisco-Sitara.

We ordered only three items, one of which was Chicken Hakka noodles with mild spice for my son. Even after we completed our meal, the noodles were not delivered. Each time I inquired about the order, they responded with ‘2 minutes,’ which turned into many extended ‘2 minutes.’ Ultimately, I requested them to pack the order for takeout. Upon arriving home, we discovered that it was not Hakka noodles, but rather some street noodles that were excessively spicy. Is this the level of service you consider to be associated with the best food?

Ordered chilli baby corn (wow), hyderabad dum biriyani (not that great) and kebab (it’s good). Everything came pretty quick. Food was good but very heavy and we all felt kinda sick after. Service was nice, would recommend keeping a water jug on the table tho.

Very disappointed with the experience. The biryani was clearly not fresh — it tasted at least 2 days old. The rice was extremely dry and hard, like it had been reheated multiple times. When you charge premium prices for fresh food, you should actually serve fresh food. This was unacceptable and not worth the money at all.

Service was exceptional — the staff kept checking in regularly to offer water and refills, truly attentive and courteous.
As for the food, the sambar, dal, and chicken 65 were outstanding — full of flavor and well-prepared. The laddu also tasted fresh and was quite good.
On the other hand, the fish gravy had a slightly bitter taste, and the shrimp curry wasn’t impressive. The chicken and goat gravies were average.
Ambience was pleasant, and thanks to the warm service, I’d honestly give them more than 5 stars just for hospitality but giving 3 stars due to food taste

I initially thought I liked the place until I saw the bill and noticed that an 18% service charge was automatically added for three people. When we inquired about it, the explanation given was not satisfactory. So, be sure to check your bill before paying!

As for the food, they provided a welcome drink, and I ordered the unlimited veg thali. The dishes tasted good and can be tried once

My first time experience was great. I love the paintings on the wall and the traditional dishes they serve food in including having banana leaves on the plate.

Jyodhi went above and beyond with the service.

I wish their menu would have pictures for non Indians who are not familiar with food.

Also their low level of spice was still too much for me and my husband that we could not tolerate. Even water and yogurt on the side didn’t help

I’ve been a fan of this place for over a year, but my recent visit was really disappointing.

The Curry Leaf Paneer was nothing like before – it felt more like they served Paneer 65 instead. As for the Jackfruit Biryani, which used to be my absolute favorite here, it tasted unusually sweet – not at all how it used to be.

It seems like there have been some major changes and unfortunately, the food no longer has the same quality or taste. If you’re expecting the same experience as before, I wouldn’t recommend going – it’s not worth it.

On top it, the quantity has gone down, the quality has dropped significantly and prices have changed within just a week. Really disappointed with how this place has changed.

I visited this restaurant to try their special thali, but unfortunately, the food was quite bland and tasteless. For the price — around $27 per person — it really didn’t feel worth it. The variety was there, but the flavors were missing, which made the experience underwhelming.

That said, the staff were very polite and attentive, which I appreciated.

Having dined at this establishment for the first time, I opted for the Chicken and Fish non-vegetarian thali. While some of the dishes were quite enjoyable, the overall impression was somewhat underwhelming. The food did not appear to be served at an appropriate temperature, and the freshness was questionable. Specifically, the chicken appetizer and curry were not particularly palatable, although the fish was satisfactory, and the remaining items were adequate. The rice, served in the curry bowl, was insufficient, and the chapati was unfortunately quite hard, while the fryums lacked freshness and crispness. Furthermore, the music was excessively loud, making conversation difficult. In order to be competitive, it seems that several aspects of the dining experience could benefit from improvement.
