I called and placed my order over the phone I asked for the Tammy‘s taco salad and I asked for beef on my taco salad. She then says chili I said ok. When I got back to work, I noticed that there was no beef on my taco salad, but rather something that looks like chicken so I called them and the manager said to me that the taco salad automatically comes with the Chicken chili I said yes, that is why I asked for beef instead because I am severely allergic to chicken. she did not offer a replacement instead she then responds to me and says well I already gave you a discount mind you the discount took away two dollars in which she did not even give me the change. Also, the food was ice, cold to the touch from the outside of the container and very soggy. Instead of the chips, being crunchy and crispy, they were soggy like a wet sock. I also had ordered a tuna sandwich in which it was dry as the Sahara desert.
10 out of 10 would not recommend.
Initial Review: A lovely little breakfast & sandwich shop tucked into a lower level of an office building.
When I first walked in I was greeted by both ladies behind the counter. Very nice, warm and polite. I asked several questions about the breakfast burrito. She let me know it had egg, sausage, cheese, potatoes and a chipotle sauce. She showed me the size as I just finished at the gym and I was hungry. So I got 2
After 5-6 minutes they called me over, it was ready.
They cut it in half and put it in a plastic container. Overall it was very yummy. Fresh, hot and tasted like traditional breakfast burrito. Looks like it was toasted very slightly. Perfect amount of toasting. I would love to have it with a Verde sauce. Next time I go I will ask for some.
Definitely recommend this place. Tons of sandwich options as well. Coffee ☕️ if you would like as well. Germantown doesn’t have too many places like this that you can get a quick, fresh breakfast early in the morning that aren’t chain restaurants.
They are only open Monday through Friday and she mentioned they have been open 2 years. I had no idea!
Definitely going back for more!
The prices are low for a HCOL area, and the food portions are very generous. They serve breakfast and lunch at any hour.
My meal consisted of their Pastrami Reuben sandwich and a large hot vanilla latte. Both the food and coffee were excellent.
No brainer to buy your coffee and breakfast from this local mom & pop shop. Value and quality exceed that of Starbucks, Dunkin’ & First Watch.
Vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free friendly too!
Note: this is not a full-service restaurant where you sit down and you are served, this is a counter where you order what you want and then you can sit down and eat there or you can take it to go. Located on the side of an office building. Great spot for quick in and out.
