Excellent street food. The spicy chicken sandwich was actually PERFECT!!! Bun was soft, chicken was cooked to perfection, spicy level excellent, and slaw put it all together! Got a small boneless wings and was a huge portion. Breading on sandwich was better than the wings, but decent wings with sweet spicy sauce.

I will come back for the sandwich again!!

An indecisive mood had me thinking fried chicken and Korean food sounded like a plan. I initially heard about SIROK due to the spicy fried chicken sandwich, so I wanted to start there. My order was the spicy pork kimbap and spicy fried chicken sandwich.

The kimbap came out first. It’s a nice sized roll. Cool, slightly spicy, and the veggies are crispy. I wasn’t sure which version I wanted to go with and was happy with my choice.

Spicy fried chicken sandwich was out next. It has slaw, thinly sliced onion, their sauce, and slices of jalapeno. I couldn’t tell if the only heat came from the jalapenos, but another good choice. I’d say it’s a low-level spicy. With all the sauce, coleslaw, and toppings, it starts to get a little bit messy, but not too bad.

My wife had the chicken sandwich (not spicy, no coleslaw) and the waffle fries. The waffle fries are your standard version.

What a great variety of soups, ramen and dishes in general. The portions are huge. You can easily order one soup and share. We and the spicy pork with rice, it came with a delicious broth. The beef soup was very tasty and the fried dumplings were fresh and the filling was delicious. You can pay with a credit card at the separate kiosk and service was quick. They make the food to order so you always get something freshly made. Highly recommended. Will try their chicken sandwiches and other chicken items next time. Very laid back atmosphere, the place could use some cleaning, (floors mainly) but other than that great little place. A little pricey, but the portions were big.

We had an excellent experience. Service with a smile and so welcoming.
The food was great.Everything we ate was excellent. Big portions and delicious. I would just go for the kimbap and kimchi fried rice. But the spicy pork and beef bulgogi were melting in the mouth and packed with flavor.
We will definitely be going back to try the many other things on the menu.

I love Korean food also. It’s one of my favorite foods. Lately I’m making kimchi at home monthly as I consume a lot of it it’s good for the belly. While I was traveling to Virginia I decided to try this place for some reason. I got the Kim bap and the toppoki. Can’t really do an extensive review on these items cuz typically they’re simple foods, street foods. They kimbap was pretty good I got it with spicy pork inside. The topokki was okay it was a very large portion but it was also very expensive. In Korea an order topokki would probably cost you under $5 but here they charge almost $15. The Kimbap was $10. Here’s a strange oddity they have kimchi but they don’t give it to the customers. I think they only give it to the Korean customers or to the people who know they have it like a secret menu item. It’s weird because it’s sitting right next to the register. Maybe they’re looking at the customers and giving it to who they think will like it.

Anyway being a kimchi lover I asked for it and they gave it to me for free. But the kimchi was very bad tasting. It literally tasted just like salted cabbage with pepper powder sprinkled on it. I like my kimchi fermented as it supposed to be as it adds in a certain level of tankiness and complexity to it.

One thing I know for certain is just because you are from a different country doesn’t automatically make you some type of chef in your new country. And that was crystal clear here. Although this is Korean street food it doesn’t require much culinary talent they was just okay but too expensive for what you get. I say pass.

We decided to try take out from here tonight, and the food was excellent! Our take out order was wrapped in a really neat scarf (which was a nice touch) and the food exceeded expectations! We ordered the donkatsu kimbap, fried dumplings, and beef fried rice. All of it was fresh and flavorful, with the dumplings being a particular standout. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

Came here on a Sunday morning for brunch around 10:30/11:00. Only 2 tables were taken at that point. You order at the counter, and they call your order number for you to pick up at the counter. They have only a few tables for party of 4.

We ordered the chicken katsu, bibimbap, and soondooboo. The chicken katsu was good–just a tad bit dry. The bibimbap was AMAZING-fresh and lots of veggies. Soondooboo was good but the mussels were a bit cracked and off. They have water that you can self serve.

Would come back!

Plenty of parking in the back lot.

Never had Korean street food before so was not expecting much. But wow! The selection was great and the dish I ordered was properly prepared and to my specific liking (no onions). The food was very delicious. Been back several times.

On the outside, the sign says it’s Korean street food, but really it’s fast casual. That would have been disappointing if the owners weren’t so nice and the food so good. Also, the smash burger people mention in reviews is no longer being sold.

This is what we had. #33 Bibimbap, very fresh. This was the least filling dish, but tasty. #36 Spicy Pork Dupbap. I asked for extra spicy and they delivered. If you like meat this is a good dish for you. And finally we got #40 Chicken Fried Rice. It’s very good, but not typical Korean style fried rice at least from our experience.

Definitely worth trying out.

LOVED IT!!! Absolutely delicious food. The menu isn’t that extensive but there are still a good bit of options. The kimbap was amazing! I love Korean food and don’t get to eat it often because we don’t have Korean restaurants where I live. This was a nice treat since we were out of town. It’s very small but you can also eat outside, which is what we did. I am absolutely going back next time I’m in the area. 10/10!
