Good food but seriously sub-par service. Their perfectly pleasant, but have no concern but a fake smile when the food comes out wrong, takes forever, or the bill is wrong. I’m not sure they mean to be inefficient, as it may just be the owners that are the servers, and maybe they’ve just been there too long and stopped caring. Anyway, I’ll go back from time to time for the food and the convenience of location, but it’s too bad. They could do great business if they stepped their customer service up past third-world standards.

With the restaurant half empty, we were still waiting for our soup 30 minutes after we ordered. Isn’t soup is usually prepped in advance? After watching people who ordered after us being served, we walked out. No response by them to an email. Pathetic customer service. Too bad they can’t get zero stars.

They charge $8 for a portabella sandwich that is just a tiny slice of mushroom and two huge slices of bread. Also, the wasabi chicken sandwich tasted like they had just taken it out of the freezer, and there was no wasabi. They had one poor kid working all the tables during lunch.

Excellent Thai and French dining. Quiet atmosphere. The interior decor is slightly less then what one might expect but do not let this discourage you -the food is excellent.
