I had a wonderful experience at this Indian restaurant today. The food was rich in flavor, perfectly spiced, and tasted freshly made, with plenty of options to choose from. The aroma itself made the place feel warm and inviting. The staff were polite and attentive, and the service was quick even though the place was busy. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal, and I’d definitely love to come back again.

Pulao was good. Its not hyderabadi but Andhra based pulao , it tasted good. Good food is always a good food. Atmosphere is nice, there is plenty of space to sit and chit chat. They offer free tea, which is nice for students.
I noticed a lot of UNT students enjoying good food there.

Review: Siri Bakery and Eatery, Denton – A Promising Start with Room to Grow

We recently visited Siri Bakery and Eatery, one of the newest entrants in Denton’s ever-growing Indian food scene. The ambiance was clean and casual, and the service was relatively quick, especially for a newly opened spot still finding its rhythm.

Surprisingly, the vegetarian dishes stood out more than the non-vegetarian ones. The Paneer Manchuria was flavorful with the perfect balance of spice and crispiness, easily the highlight of our meal. On the other hand, the Jalapeño Chicken, which we were eager to try, ended up being underwhelming—dry and lacking the bold flavor punch we expected from the description.

While the menu offers a mix of bakery items and traditional Indian eats, we felt the kitchen puts more heart into the vegetarian offerings. It’s a great sign for plant-based diners looking for better options in the area.

Overall, Siri shows promise, especially with its vegetarian fare and fast service. We hope the non-veg dishes improve with time, but for now, it’s worth a visit—particularly for the paneer lovers. Looking forward to seeing how this place evolves in Denton’s vibrant Indian culinary landscape.

Newly Opened (where Pizza Snob was located)! There is a new Indian café and bakery in Denton and it is great! The hours are fantastic (we need more places off the square that stay open later) and the menu selection is perfection. I only hit the savory items this time but I am definitely going back for dessert this weekend.

This is by far, hands down, the best Indian food in Denton right now. Their prices are low compared to other restaurants, their portion sizes are good, everything is extremely delicious, and they keep pastries warm all day. 10 dollars for 5 pastries is amazing – and they’re really really good. A slice of cake is only 2.50! I hope they stay open for a long time. My favorite dish is their chef specials.

Really enjoyed the food here! The chicken pulav was flavorful and fresh, and all the snacks were made fresh and tasted amazing. If you’re in Denton, this place is worth a visit. They serve a variety of pulavs (no biryanis), and the options are excellent.

overall decent experience with good-tasting food. It’s a great place for a quick grab of evening snacks with tea, and their pastries are always fresh. The Black Forest pastry is a must-try.

Overall, it’s a good experience, though the dining experience could be improved by maintaining cleaner floors and tables.

Recently took 3 biryanis in 2+1 offer. They basically gave me a pulav. Rice and the stuffing both have very mild flavor! Even after mentioning the spice level. Definitely not going for Biryani’s again, have to try desserts next time.

Chai is an emotion.
Some overcharge and add taxes.
Siri Bakers chose to respect that emotion offering Chai free. Now they’re full of customers, while others sit empty.
Go feel it yourself, the taste of care and hard work.Thank you, Siri Bakers, for tasty food, fair prices, and respecting students.

I recently visited Siri Bakery and tried their veg noodles and Irani tea —both were excellent! The noodles were flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the Irani tea had that rich, authentic taste that’s hard to find. The ambiance is really nice too, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy your food. Definitely worth a visit!
