Ordered large all meats a large cheese and a medium supreme. I think they put all cheese on just rhe cheese pizza. This happened another time i didnt say nothing but as expensive as these pizzas are we really need to get what is suppose to come wirh some cheese on it. Ugh should hv checked before i left as i travel from kernersville to get sir pizza and always have used this one. Very disappointed

I never write bad reviews and especially on service..
A server could give me the wrong order and I’d still say thank you but the shorter brunette waitress was very rude and killed the experience for us. Pizza was good and the rest of the staff were very nice.

Deluxe with very little cheese. Toppings falling off pizza. Extra cheese was nowhere to be found. Never again.

If I could give them a -10 stars I would, I ordered a large deluxe pizza well. What I got was burnt and not cut. I have been a customer for over 20+ years and this experience is going to be my last with them. I called the store and was on hold for over 10 minutes and the manager was rude and apparently didn’t care about the quality of the product. I spent 29.95 and gave a 10.00 tip for the worst experience I have ever had. The delivery man was sick with either laryngitis or God knows what and I will be calling the health inspector first thing Monday morning. I was offered a free pizza but never was offered a refund for the uneatable mess I received.

This is the WORST Sir Pizza location out of them all!! I’ve given it 2 tries and was very disappointed each time . Ive visited other locations and their Deluxe pizza never disappoints. Troy, Randleman, Asheboro and High Point are so much better. They give you what you pay for and the taste is umm umm good! Don’t waste your time here. They need to visit other locations and find out how to really do their job. Below are pictures of what a REAL Deluxe is supposed to look like. My other favorite locations look and taste how this one from Troy did.

We showed up with an hour to close. Like many places Sir Pizza is good and help is hard for restaurants to maintain. But, we had a fun server, a. Thin crust mixed with half pepperoni/pineapple then half pepperoni/sausage.
They have a salad bar with different pricing depending on how many trips you plan to make. It was also crunchy and awesome! This was a great stop and hit the spot. Several members of the Thomasville P.D. were eating across from us, so you might even call it comfort food. We’ll we back!

Updating my previous review of this location… I really want to give this local pizza “landmark” a good review, but can’t.
Pizza was good, but there’s problems.
Service was fair, by today’s standards.
From what I could see, the kitchen area seemed clean.
The dining area was not clean and appeared ill-kept. Visited for an early lunch. Floors appeared that they hadn’t been swept or cleaned. Booth tabletop was not properly cleaned, and there was leftover food on both booth bench seats. Noticed food on the floor under the table and other unoccupied tables and booths. It was early enough in the day, it’s unlikely what I saw was from any lunch crowd that day (thus previous day).
Sadly, this location seems to be going downhill. The owners really need to become a bit more hands-on, as we’re seeing a number of local restaurants closing due to mis-management.
