Girl who took my order over the phone was very rude both over the phone and in person. I am more than anything confused as for the reason, since I placed my order, thanked her, and picked up my order with no issues. She was a tall girl with dark hair and I was able to know because she had the same attitude in person. I don’t typically engage when someone is so rude so I don’t know what the issue was. The food is good but not worth the bad customer service.

It started out as a wonderful outing with family but changed by the time we finished. The waitress Holly became rude and stopped checking on our table to take care of a couple that arrived 20 to 30 minutes after we did. I love this place and I tip according to the service rendered to me.I didn’t stoop her her level this time and race should never be a factor when working with the public. I did leave a nice tip money wise and a written one also.

Food was great. Waitress was great. Ordered 2 piece of strawberry cheesecake to go. Waited 20 minutes or more for them. Had already paid and family had already went to car. Lady that brought the cheesecake up to the front was very unprofessional. When I asked why we had to wait 20 minutes she said she had to go to the back to get strawberries and push the bag towards me. She turned and walked and off and said she wasn’t going to deal with it. Very unprofessional. First time there so that made a bad impression.

I have been coming to sir pizza all my life and I absolutely love the food. The pizza is the best….salads are good too. I have to give them 3 stars because of the sanitation. No one visible wears gloves, so I doubt they do in the back. My last visit is the reason I’m leaving this review. My young man making my 2nd pizza, wiped his face, hair & nose stuck his back into the bag of pepperoni and continued fixing my pizza! DISGUSTING…. also the lady that checked me out was coughing over her shoulder in the direction of where the pizza toppings were. And continued to cough near the topping station….no one ever washed fheir hands. The knife they use to cut the pizza is used to cut everything & wiped in a towl thats also used to wipe their hands. Whoever owns the sir pizza franchises in Asheboro needs to consider hair nets & gloves!

Giving 2 stars because the food is good. But they are lucky they are getting that. The Food Safety standards at this location are TERRIBLE. Nobody is wearing hats or hairnets, people continuously leave the kitchen and come back without washing their hands, they are on their phones and leaning all over the counters, also without washing hands. I’ve seen one of the younger gentleman even go out to his car and come back in and start prepping food without washing hands. Every time I go in there it looks more like an after high school program than a business. Whoever is in charge either has no backbone or doesn’t care about cleanliness. On this most recent visit one of the employees even had a kid that looked about 3 years old running around the kitchen area which is not only unsanitary but unsafe. I honestly don’t think I’m going back there. I’ve been living in Asheboro 3 years and it’s always been like this. It’s not like they have a district manager as these are privately owned so if this is how it is then the owner doesn’t care either.
