I dined here on a whim when plans fell through. The experience was awesome and the shrimp perfectly cooked and crispy, coleslaw not too soggy or overly sweet. I saw another table with a strawberry milkshake and had not had one in a very long time so I got one andit was very smooth and tasty. My only suggestion is a side of tartar remoulade, thousand island, cocktail sauce, sweet chili or some other sort of sauce for the shrimp. I will definitely return for some great food soon! Thanks again!

Tuesday was Halibut or Cod specials.
Had the two-piece Cod dinner for $17.25 plus tax.
Store does cash, visa, and Mastercard for payment.
Wednesday has a very affordable Haddock option.
Fish was crispy, airy, and non greasy. A whitish coating versus the usual golden yellow of most fish and chippies. Fries my fave style of I suspect, a double fry. Crispy, not soggy and again not greasy.
Wait was negligible at 5 pm and staff friendly and all appearance enjoyed their work and the work environment..Nice to see.
Lots of tables are available to dine in. Sparse but clean decor and many options to eat. Ice cream, pie, butter tarts, and eclairs on offer for desert here.
For the negative. Took my takeout down to enjoy at the river. I’m all excited, opened that bad boy up, and……no fork, or napkin. I was offered condiments, so why not cutlery and napkin. Now, if you don’t automatically include them, I get that on cost and waste, but please ask. If you don’t have them to offer, I won’t be back. It is a miss on your part.
I travel through to Windsor multiple times a month and eat out always, so I’m not a local with a drawer full of plastic forks available.
Aslo in hindsight. I probably would’ve taken a drink if offered and upsold.

First time at Sir Cedric’s after hearing about it for years. Ordered the halibut fish & chips and thought the fish itself was fantastic – meaty and firm, but the breading was weird – there seemed to be a film under the crunch that was oddly elastic. All three people at my table had the same experience – my friend thought the fish to be inedible (but I was too hungry to leave it). The fries were top-notch and the place was clean. You’re not going to go here for the ambience.

They have everyday special. We went there on Wednesday and they had Halibut, Fries & Coleslaw at 7/8$.
Me & my wife visited the place and we were pretty much full so decided to share and we took 1 Halibut and surprisingly they tastes so good. If you like spicy food, you have to add some seasonings and you are good to go. Their tartar sauce also goes pretty well with the fish. The service was top notch. They are also very good on budget.
I would definitely recommend this place.
Going again to try their other foods.
