I love treating myself to coffee at Sips & Eats! Their coffee actually wakes me up and tastes phenomenal. I got a breakfast sandwich for the first time & it was huge! I got the churro latte iced, which is an absolute fave. The service is always so great and welcoming. I love the nice warm greetings I get. The cute little coffee hut is a vibe. Don’t skip this place & give it a try!

Dropped in for the first time today and absolutely love it! Jessica was super sweet and helpful! We got 2 different things to split to try and they were both amazing! The Jalapeño Egg Bagel was hot and made fresh; the a turkey and Gouda sandwich was fresh and sooooo good! So happy we decided to stop in but definitely know it’ll be hard not to go here everyday with how good the food was and how nice Jessica is!

I have never been a fan of avocado, but grated egg avocado toast is my new favorite thing! I also used to drink $2 gas station coffee and I now can’t go more than 3 days without a churro latte! The club sandwiches are huge, and the breakfast bagel sandwiches are amazing! I go here almost everyday now!! The staff is extremely friendly as well!

Ive been waiting to try this place from all the rant and rave i have seen everywhere. The shack is to close to 95. The drive through should be away from 95. The person that helped me was super sweet and even with her being the only one she got the order done quickly. I ordered a hazelnut iced coffee light ice, with a breakfast sandwich with 2 eggs, bacon and cheese begel. The drink i received was filled to the sevond line from the top75% with ice(picture attached) and The begel looks amazing but only had one egg(picture attached) . Spent $22 for a cup full of ice and a begel sandwich with one egg. Unfortunately won’t be returning.

Stopped by to support a “cause” in which Sips & Eats was donating half of their daily proceeds to. After nearly being hit by oncoming traffic (the line to order didnt have much room off of the street, huge safety hazard as the shack sits WAY TOO CLOSE to the street) We were met with HOSTILITY for ordering from their now NO LONGER IN USE “online” menu, and told to order from the board tacked on the side of the building, we received food which was completely inedible. Sorry, we won’t be back.

THE best jalapeño and cheese bagel! It was huge! Easily 2 meals worth. The churro latte was the perfect mix of sweet cream and cinnamon!

This place is a new business so keep that in mind when reading this review, they might not have worked out all the kinks.
-The owner is great, super sweet lady & very hard working.
-The toasts are delicious, but the portion does not match the price. When it comes to ordering the toast, you will receive a Single ‘wonder bread sized slice for $10. I feel like for that price it should be a Dutch oven style slice (Thicker and longer) or there should be 2 slices.
-The salads are worth the price but the choice of dressings is very slim.
-The coffee is so so so good but very inconsistent. When ordering the same coffee over 10 times it always comes different. As time goes on I feel like the cup sizes have gotten smaller & flimsier plastic.
Overall this place is such a great concept that has been executed well but lacks consistency & quality. With a few small improvements I feel like they can absolutely become one of my favorite stops.
