I came here to buy loose leaf tea. Ask about their award winning selection. The tea has been great and i continue to enjoy it special mornings when i want to reminisce on my trip to Fairbanks. I was thankful for the congee because it was what i needed on a freezing day. The boba could have been fully cooked and food is not something to call home about.

Very good tea house to hang out with friends. I reccommend the afternoon tea Victorian style as you get an assortment of desserts and finger sandwiches. Other menu items I’ve tried like bahn mi and buns are delicious.

Amazing tea cafe for tea-lovers out there who are seeking to experience a variety of tea selection!!!

Outstanding service and tasty food! I came in several days ago, specifically looking for milk tea with boba. I ended up trying their other kind of tea, pork bun, and congee.

I love the congee so much! The beef meatballs are the perfect meatball that reminds me of Pho meatball, very tasty! The ingredients included in the congee are very exquisite. The entire bowl of it took me out of the cold of Fairbanks, reminding me of home. The pork bun was exceptional! Very fresh and juicy on every bites!
Coming from Washington not expecting much from a tea shop but the food complements the beverage very well.
The coconut tea was striking, cold and refreshing, yet delicate in each sip of its perfection!
If there is one thing that needs improvement, it would be the bubble topping, which was rather hard to chew in my opinion.

Jenny and Bryan were super friendly and nice! As someone new to Fairbanks, they informed me about what to do, communities, events, and what to be mindful of in Fairbanks, like the snow, how to winterize my vehicle, and even their upcoming Anime event!

I am definitely coming back very often in the near future!

Absolutely loved! Really good food and even better teas – I really liked the BBQ pork steamed buns and the earl grey creamed honey. The Bahn Mi and Masala Chai tea were really tasty also

This place is very nice and the people working there were very nice too, but unfortunately the tapioca is the worst I’ve ever had and I’ve had bubble tea in many places around the world. It didn’t even taste anywhere close to the tapioca most places make.
It’s really disappointing because this place has potential to be a nice tea hangout location, but the drink was poor and definitely not worth the money.

To put it short I asked for evaporated milk. Evaporated milk is usually known for its thick creamy texture on the tongue. As a barista this is just odd why there was barely any ice and it was watery.

Went in today to try their bubble waffle and I was very disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, I love their tea and we love getting their chicken buns, but when we ordered their bubble waffle, I was baffled as to what I was given. The only tasty thing about it was the ice cream I guess. We ordered the Strawberries and Cream and the picture and description they advertise was not really what I got. For one, the waffle was so burnt, there were no strawberries ( I even went back to the cashier and questioned if there was supposed to be strawberries in it like what it says and she said it’s just like that, just syrup and there was barely even any strawberry syrup). There was ice cream and chocolate syrup but i tasted more of the burnt waffle then the other things in it. I think they should change their description and picture to match it next time. I’ll just stick to their tea and chicken bun next time I guess.

The staff is friendly and helpful always greet you when you come in! Tea is amazing and food is fresh and delicious. One of my favorite lunch spots. They have a lot of retail products that are beautiful. The dining area is clean and comfortable. Always a pleasure to come in and try new teas and buy a great travel mug or tea set for the experience.

Had an absolutely lovely time visiting their new location. Had 2 types of udon, a tea sandwich, and some bubble tea. Everything was very refreshing, and the store had a lovely atmosphere. They also had various tea sets, ramen bowl sets, tea leaves, cute mugs, and stickers for purchase. It’s definitely worth checking out, especially if you want somewhere to sit and catch up with a friend.
