I am visiting the area and found this cute drive thru coffee shop. The girls at the window were super nice and the Hot White Chocolate Mocha was really good.

I used to love coming to Sip n Savor and was a loyal customer until today. My card was charged for a tip when I was never given a tip option and when I asked the girl at the window when it happened she just said “that’s fine”. I was upset at first because I wasn’t able to tip but then I saw that she had just charged it without asking. When I would have actually given her a better tip if it was up to me. This behavior comes off as scammy and unprofessional. I had to then call the store to request a refund and once I came back to the store for the refund I was not even offered an apology or any accountability. If it was a mistake I understand, but how the situation was taken care of makes me believe it wasn’t a mistake and she just got caught this time. Check your receipts!

The milk teas are the best in town! It was the perfect ratio of sweet and savory. The coffee is standard not too bad, but not too good either. The afternoon shift wasn’t very pleasant. Otherwise it’s a good spot if you want a sweet drink.

I have been here a handful of times. Unfortunately, after today I don’t think I’ll be back. I ordered 2 Thai Milk teas. I’ve gotten used to the quiet girl who takes payment who just tells you what your total is. No “hello, good morning/afternoon” nothing. But I’ve gotten used to that and just ignore it. They don’t talk to you or anything, just take payment and shut the window. Then another blonde girl handed me my drinks. They were not Thai tea. I asked her if that was Thai tea. All she said was “what, I thought you said Tar” then rolled her eyes and took them back. I waited a few minutes and she gave me the correct order. Later, I’m sitting on my couch enjoying the Thai tea and I pull out what looks like a thin strip of aluminum foil (pictured) out of my mouth. TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS! YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE SPENDING TOO MUCH MONEY ON YOUR OVER PRICED DRINKS FOR YOU TO BE RUDE AND STILL EXPECT A TIP! My advice, GET RID OF THE YOUNG THIN BLONDE GIRLS. My first visit y’all had a different lady (I think in her 40s?) that was super nice and talkative. Find more people like her!

Update: Owners reached out about the situation and have explained contact issues. They are looking into why their messages didn’t work. Love the customer service of this place, both the workers at the shop and the owners making sure their customers are taken care of!
Usually love this place. The last few visits it’s progressively gotten worse. This morning was horrible. Husband’s iced coffee had a huge pile of grounds in the bottom of the cup. Other than driving all the way across town there was no way to contact them as no phone number is listed and their messages on Facebook don’t work…..

We did not order any food when we came to this coffee shop. However, the coffee we ordered was great. It was priced effectively. The service was really good. The young lady who rang us up and handed us. Our coffee was very kind. We had a friendly but brief conversation, and it was clear that the workers there enjoy what they are doing. Whenever you go to a place in the workers are enjoying what they are doing. It always makes a difference. Obviously, the management knows how to hire good workers and treats. Her employees well. Yes, the coffee is good, but the service is even better and location is outstanding. Look forward to getting coffee there in the future.

I have been there twice. The first time I got Boba in my drink and it was okay but there was so much ice in it that my drink was gone before I got all the boba out.
The second time I asked for light ice and still got way too much ice. And the milk tea flavor that I got didnt seemed to be mixed well because it was gritty.
