A new addition to the area serving traditional dishes with a modern take. The atmosphere is chill and somewhat eye pleasing if the uptake were consistent. But skip all that and let’s get to the food. The first item I had was their Bò Nè with Wagyu and Pâtè and I’m not sure if the tarrifs have anything to do with this but their Wagyu pieces were really small and for that price? Yeah not good. Next I had the Lobster and Garlic Noodles. The noodles were decent but the lobster was bite sized. This was like an appetizer then a meal. But I will say this, their drinks were pretty good and that should never be a miss. The service was ok and should’ve been better in my opinion since it wasn’t that busy. Parking can be difficult so be prepared for it. So if you’re in the mood for something not too filling and decent then check it out.

We had dinner at Sip with our family and had a delicious meal. The special Wagyu steak and salmon with pepper sauce came on hot skillets with bread and salad. The stir-fried glass noodles with crab and shrimp and special Yangzhou fried rice had great portions and flavor. The egg and cream Vietnamnese coffees were a perfect compliment to the meal and strong! Pro tip: It’s fun to eat family style so you can try a little of everything!

Definitely a place to check out for your breakfast, brunch, lunch and even your dinner needs. Located in Westminster is this vietnamese restaurant and coffee shop. The place is modern and aesthetically pleasing interior, service is great and their menu has solid options. I enjoyed the chicken rice plate and their flavorful garlic noodles. The passionfruit tea with crystal boba was light and refreshing. The matcha was nice, smooth and creamy. I need to come back to try out more dishes!

Ordered: Bo Ne Wagyu w/pepper sauce, Garlic noodle with fried shrimp, Banh Canh & Glass Noodle w/chicken ovaries and intestines.

There wasn’t that wow factor but their food was good. First time trying Bo Ne and it was yummy, loved dipping the bread into the sauce. Their portion sizes were nice and shareable. The service was friendly but please offer water. The place looked simple, but there was food scraps left on the table and chair from previous diners when we sat down.

We stopped in for dinner the other night. You will find a lot of parking available. The restaurant itself is cute and charming.

We ordered a mango soda and a pineapple soda. Give them both a really good stir to mix it all up. Such a good soda.

We got the Saigon-style savory sticky rice with sausage, pork floss, eggs and scallions as our appetizer. Do your best to mix it all together and you will find the flavors all blend on together.

The first entree we got was the wagyu steak with salted egg sauce. It comes with a small salad and a large loaf of bread. Dip the bread into that salted egg sauce. Trust me. It is just delicious. The wagyu is tender and so flavorful.

Next up was the fried chicken thigh with sticky rice and pate with a side of veggies. The chicken thigh was tender and the skin was so crispy.

Of course we got some coffee to go.

A great restaurant with good food and good service.

Sip Restaurant & Coffee is a fantastic find in Westminster! The restaurant was buzzing and full of energy when we visited, the staff handled everything smoothly with almost no wait – seated quickly and food came out fast.

Ordered a variety of dishes and everything was delicious: the crispy fried squid was perfectly golden and crunchy, the sizzling Wagyu beef in creamy mushroom sauce was rich and tender, the traditional Vietnamese beef stew was soul-warming, and the tendon & beef ball sate noodle had that perfect spicy kick with chewy tendon.

Authentic flavors, huge portions, and surprisingly affordable prices – amazing value! Friendly service and great vibes. Can’t wait to return!

All the amazing Vietnamese food we’ve been enjoying lately totally inspired us to dream about a trip… but for now, we did the next best thing and visited one of the most authentic spots in Little Saigon at Sip Restaurant. It was our first time trying many of these unique dishes and drinks, and we were seriously impressed!

We ordered:
Iced Coconut Coffee
Iced Egg Coffee
Iced Pandan Fresh Milk
Crispy Chicken Skin Rice
Wagyu Steak w/ Black Pepper Sauce

The drinks absolutely blew us away. The coconut coffee was bold and rich, the egg coffee had the most delicious whipped topping, sweet, extra creamy, and the perfect complement to the strong Vietnamese coffee. The pandan fresh milk was so refreshing and ended up being a huge hit with my kiddos.

The mains were just as incredible. The fried chicken had perfectly crispy skin, coated in a spicy, sweet, citrusy sauce and served with crunchy fried rice. The Wagyu steak was unreal, super peppery, saucy, and packed with flavor. We loved all the extras too: cheese, eggs, veggies, and pâté. Such an amazing way to start the day!

Thank you so much for the wonderful experience

The food was really good! All the dishes were so flavorful! Everything tasted fresh! And they have a huge menu! We only tried 4 plates and i definitely need to come back to try the rest! They also have Vietnamese coffee and it was spectacular! They also have a bunch of really cool drinks! Everything looked so clean and the restaurant itself was cute. Nothing crazy but the food was spectacular! I highly recommend it! I brought my parents and they loved it as well!

Stopped by this place to grab a quick snack after a long flight. The restaurant is small but clean.
We ordered the pork porridge, spicy beef noodle soup with meatballs, kumquat tea, and soursop tea.
Pork porridge:The green onions were sliced a bit larger than my preference, and the ground pork was slightly rough in texture. However, the porridge itself had the expected consistency, and the grains were well cooked. One downside was the spoon provided—it was too large and not suitable for eating porridge, especially given the bowl size.
Spicy beef noodle soup:The spicy dipping sauce wasn’t spicy at all. The noodles had an okay flavor, but the beef and beef tendon were very tender, which was a highlight.
Tea:Both teas were decent.
Overall, the food was okay to good, and we would come back to try other items on the menu.
