Amazing drinks and desserts. Great for a sweet treat. Great hang out spot after shopping at the outlets! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. Nothing else like it on NH! We got the boba waffle, yuzu lemonade and pumpkin spice Thai tea- the boba waffle is dangerously addictive-SO GOOD!

This local spot is just the right amount of cozy! The drinks are made perfectly, combing flavors that aren’t overly sweet or bitter. The staff greet you with smiles and with delicious bubble waffles. Allergy friendly to those with peanut and treasure allergies! Sip and Sweets has now become my go to place. Can’t wait for another drink here! (And a cookie)

New to this area and so good! We got a Green Glow (matcha lemonade), Thai Tea Latte, and one of their bubble waffles, and they were so good I came back the next day. It’s so rare to find somewhere that does real matcha (actually measured and mixed), and real Thai tea (with condensed milk and not too sweet!), and real Hong Kong style egg waffles – this was such a treat. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks if you have questions, and the atmosphere is welcoming with such a fun aesthetic. Perfect place to get a drink when you’re shopping in the area!

We ordered two Thai lattes, a bubble waffle with caramel ice cream, and a red velvet cookie. The cookie has the perfect texture and great taste. The bubble waffle had a great consistency and taste. Thai lattes were spot on for flavor. Staff was incredibly fr6and helpful. We’ll definitely be back to try out all the other items!

Cute place with delicious strawberry matcha (matcha is hand-whisked and measured). I did request oat milk only as their default is part the milk you request and part sweetened condensed milk and I didn’t want any additional sweetener… they were totally fine with this request!
