Stoned Bat
Eat here all the time and get the honey mustard chicken with double meat and fried rice. It’s a very good price only $11 for all that and always tastes delicious. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a great Chinese spot and in the area. Staff is always friendly and loads you up with a lot of food cannot beat it.

I always get a plate of lo mein noodles, white rice and their crab Rangoon‘s, 11/10 every single time the food here is so amazing and the girls behind the counter doing an amazing job. I wish they would be able to open more locations in Raleigh!!! The people here are so nice and the prices are what keeps me coming back. I can get food for three people for about $15 when if I went to Chick-fil-A and got food for three people, it would be close to $40 seriously, love this place and definitely recommend getting the white sauce with whatever you get

Best Chinese food in Raleigh. The bang, bang chicken and mandarin chicken were top notch. The lo mein was perfectly cooked. I’LL BE BACK!

I used to buy their crab rangoons here. They were perfect and really tasty.
I haven’t been here in more than a year. I bought rangoons, and my goodness, how they’ve changed! They’re almost empty and dry with hardly any filling. I would prefer it if they raised the prices more, but still served their delicious old rangoons. Now they’re not worth it anymore. Shrinkflation has reached this eatery.

the service is quick & always nice. i enjoy eating here every time we go to triangle! the food is amazing. me & my boyfriend always share a plate & are full off the generous amount & low prices (it was only $10!)
(food descriptions)
fried rice: perfectly cooked & seasoned. it has carrots & peas. always good!
grilled chicken teriyaki: probably the best meat they have, it’s salty but sweet & slightly crunchy. love love love it.
sesame chicken: the chicken has a soft breading. it’s sour but sweet. super good & can never go wrong!
lo mein: the noodles are so good. there’s carrots & cabbage in there. honestly so good… nothing to complain about.

Black pepper chicken with fried rice and their sweet tea are my favorites. Always try to grab a bite here when we’re in the area. Staff is always friendly and doesn’t mind if you ask for samples!

I want to start by saying that I am a regular customer here since 2012 when I was younger and visited the mall with my parents. Recently, there was a change in ownership around early 2022 (the old owner now runs the new Cinnabon outside the food court where the Starbucks once stood). After the new owners took over, they changed all of the staff, which was disappointing to me since the old staff were much friendlier and gave me very good portions. The new staff seemed irritated after I asked for more food as they piled it to make it seem as there was a lot more than there actually was. I’ve also noticed that the size of the food box has been slowly decreasing over the years while the price of the food increased (likely due to inflation), but what made me rank only 2 stars on this particular visit is that the server made annoyed faces and wasn’t friendly when I asked if there were any fresh noodles and for a slightly larger portion.
January 2025 update: I’ve continued becoming a regular here every time I stop to shop at the mall. The staff slowly got used to seeing me, but this one visit may make me reconsider coming back in the future. The food is still decent, though the quality has gone down a bit, but this isn’t the problem. The staff has suddenly become much more stingy and unfriendly. I ordered lo mein with bang bang Thai chicken and veggies, but when I told them I wanted veggies, the server started removing some of the chicken already in my box. When I called her out, she proceeded to tell me that if I wanted veggies she needed to take out some chicken. This is beyond ridiculous as 2-3 pieces of chicken isn’t harming anyone, not to mention the potential cross contamination of food items. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will no longer be coming back so often. This shop has much less lost a regular loyal customer of 13+ years.
