Anna led a fantastic mocktail class where we learned to make N/A drinks and garnishes. Fun and educational. Both the cocktails and mocktails were elevated. Great environment as well.

I live in Denver, I have been to many different bars and restaurants, but this bar is EASILY my favorite. I will gladly make the 30min drive multiple times a week to grab a drink and some food here because it is just THAT GOOD! One of the bartenders, Nick, is easily one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had! He’s so kind to his regulars, makes excellent drinks, and is in general fun to talk to. This bar is AWESOME and it’s such a blessing to be able to spend my time here.
I recommend the Coco Creamline and the Cashmere Mojito.

Sinners and Saints not only has the best craft cocktails south of Denver, but a staff that makes you feel so welcome. Grab a quick drink or stay a while and play a board game. This perfectly curated spot is perfect for everyone.

I’ve always loved this bar. Their new smaller drinks menu was a bummer. They took my favorite lemon drink off the menu (as well as a lot of delicious cocktails) and my friend was told she couldn’t order it. Another server said he had no idea what drink I was talking about. So I got a beer. ♀️

Delicious craft cocktail place inside of the Eccesia market! Very low key, relaxing place. Great place to wind down during happy hour and from the day too! Our server was Grace and she was so fun! She made us these absurdly delicious shots that had lemon and lavender (I think?) in it ! I had the burrito which was so good. I think their food on their food menu come from the other places in the Market? I’m not 100% sure on that. I can’t wait to go back!

My husband, myself and a close friend of ours had an amazing experience at the Barrel Buddies whiskey tasting at Sinners and Saints in Castle rock, Colorado last night! The event was so well put together, every pour was thoughtfully selected, and the atmosphere made it feel welcoming and fun. What really took it to the next level was the culinary experience. Cody’s food was absolutely outstanding, each dish was perfectly prepared and paired beautifully with the whiskeys. You can really tell the care and passion that went into both the tasting and the food. Highly recommend this experience if you love whiskey, great food, and an unforgettable evening!

This is truly an experience for tasteful drinks. I did not expect to be wowed by an old-fashioned but I was. Even the martini was uniquely crafted. If you are looking for a great place to experience a uniquely crafted drink, then head to downtown Castle Rock and order something new at Sinners & Saints from a very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

This is hands down the coolest atmosphere in town, with unique cocktails and great wine pours. All of the food vendors are so delicious and will bring your order up to you in the bar. Love the staff as well– the first time a group of my friends (like 10 of us) met Cody and ordered from him, he remembered every one of our names when he came back with our drinks. He’s awesome!

I got a draft beer here on a Monday evening. It had a nice, laid-back atmosphere. The beer was delicious, too! The bartenders are very professional, even with something as simple as pouring a draft.
