Heard about Singleton’s during an episode of Diner’s Drive-Ins and Dives, went for dinner on Sunday and we were NOT disappointed!! Wow, great seafood, great experience. Staff were amazingly kind and patient with us since it was our first visit. Atmosphere was total chill- relaxed bar plus Florida shack rustic fish camp feel. Cozy. Each shared clam chowder and minorcan chowder…both amazing. We then shared the fried shrimp dinner. AMAZING! portions were large and plenty for 2. Also had peanut butter pie for dessert- must try! Prices were very reasonable. Chris and Lulu were fantastic. We’ll def be back!!

My son Dan Hart took his wife Hope and myself to Singleton last night. We had appetizers and dinner that was beyond what I ever expected. We had an enjoyable evening. Our server chase was on point. I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere was perfect. Definitely a five star.

Perfect location for sunset dinners. Great food, excellent service. The waitress brought out a surprise birthday cake we brought with serving utensils and plates, had the candles lit that we brought to surprise the birthday guest. They were so accommodating to us.

Delicious food, great service, and an amazing atmosphere—in a shack! Just a little ways down from Safe Harbour, this spot has a fantastic outdoor eating space. Kim was our waitress and she was super sweet and attentive, and the food came out quickly. The food here is always on point, though this time I was getting over a cold so I couldn’t fully taste the seasoning. Normally, I leave absolutely impressed and satisfied, and my boyfriend confirmed it was just as delicious as always. If you haven’t been yet, definitely give this place a try!

Love this place! They regularly have trigger fish and sometimes sheepshead… not just the typical mahi, flounder, catfish that you get in most seafood restaurants in Florida/Georgia. Although, they do have that too. You have to try their scallops… they are out of this world!! Plus, they have some great cocktails. When the weather is good, you can sit out by the water on the outdoor deck. Great food, beatiful views, and a couple drinks… just doesn’t get any better!

My first time here and definitely will not be my last. Started off with the clam chowder that was full of clams and soooooooooooooo good. The fresh fish of the day was triggerfish, which I had grilled and shrimp caught that morning, fried. They both were fresh and delicious. Fantastic service by Faye, great views and fresh seafood.. a win win for all.

We visited Singletons in Mayport on July 18. Friday 1200pm lunch has a nice crowd in the dining room, and the restaurant was quite busy.
We opted to sit outside on the patio. All paddle fans were off and it was very hot outside. Unlike similar establishments there was no air circulation making it very hot. Next time we’ll opt for Inside dining with the air conditioner crowd.
We ordered two mahi sandwiches blackened with fries. The fish sandwich was delicious. It was blackened enough and maintained its moistness. Simply perfect the sandwich comes with lettuce, tomato, onion. This selection you can’t go wrong

Husband and I went for Valentine’s lunch. Staff were incredibly rude and basically didn’t want to be bothered with more guests. I understand it was busy and chaotic, but they are plenty of nice ways to say hey we’re really busy and it might be a little while before we get around to taking your order. Instead several servers were super sarcastic.
