I went inside not really looking for anything, but Kevin asked if I had any questions and so I asked him and he was very knowledgeable about what I asked, and very patient as well. He didn’t get upset or anything with what I asked, he was very helpful and also recommended some items to try. I even ended up ordering from their kitchen and grill. The Greek Gyro was amazing and the overall experience I had there was amazing. Definitely a pleasant and unexpected surprise.

I went with a group of college students and they all enjoyed the food. First time trying it. I took the food home to my wife and she said it was good too. The beef shawarma was great with the pomegranate sauce. Never been a salad guy but I tried their Greek salad it was great, strong onion flavor. Their grape leafs were good but more of a vinegar taste in contrast to the previous foods. Will come back.

This international market is down the street from my place. First off, it’s very neat and organized. The employee let me know the store has many middle eastern products. I thought that was very cool and different for this area. He was also very welcoming and willing to answer any questions. This aisle with the gummies is my favorite part of the store. It is bursting with colors and variety. They had interesting chocolates with unique flavors. They sell them by the pound. The chocolates were beautifully wrapped and they had quite the special selections such as cheesecake filled, raspberry cheesecake filled, coffee filled, biscuit filled, cheese filled, etc. The individual chocolate wafers were delicious as well. The Turkish delights are a unique treat, they are of different varieties so look at them carefully so you know which ones you’re getting. My favorite was a pistachio one with a cookie filling inside it. The rose and basil drink was refreshing.

Wanted to try their shawarma but instead got the gyro. Very good and the seasoned fries that come with it upper tasty, hot and fresh. Had a better experience shopping and finding all things Middle East and Mediterranean I needed. The owner was superb and helpful in finding products and knowledgeable. He said we should try their homemade hummus and we did it was the BEST!

I wish I took a photo of the beef shawarma because it was delicious! My partner and I stopped by randomly wondering what was inside and as a result we will be coming back to get our own plates rather than sharing a menu item. The food was freshly made and came out mouth puffing hot! Will recommend to others! They have very friendly staff that can answer any questions or help you find a specific item you want/need.

I stopped in the other day to try a gyro. It comes with fries. It’s actually a grocery store with a small seating area that really didn’t look inviting. I did enjoy the gyro but have to clarify that this is an RGV 5 star. I’ve had gyros all over the country. This one was good but I thought the tzatziki sauce was thin. As far as the local area goes, I’ll come back to this place.

My wife and I have been buying some Middle Eastern products here for quite some time since they can be hard to find elsewhere and they are reasonably priced. We just tried out the chicken shawarma with fries, toum, and pepper sauce from the grill and they were delicious and filling! Highly recommend!
