Let’s start with saying my photo does this place no justice? But they were all that I took. But this place is amazing. The ribs have been smoked to perfection falling off the bone and their seafood is equally as amazing. It’s really hard for me to not get both when I come to this spot You won’t be disappointed

I’m giving a 5-star rating for now because I plan to return and try a few more dishes to see if I maintain this positive review. Starting with the highlights: the barbecue sauce was absolutely delicious, and the turkey rice was fantastic! The brisket was also super tender, and the prices felt quite fair compared to other barbecue places.
As for a bit of constructive feedback, while the brisket was tender, it didn’t have the most robust flavor I’ve experienced. However, the amazing sauce has me eager to sample more of their other barbecue options. Unfortunately, mac and cheese wasn’t available during my visit, but I’m looking forward to trying it next time. Overall, this place serves solid barbecue that’s definitely worth checking out!

If u haven’t tried Sims yt u r missing out1000/10 the food is amazing the cashier Bobby is awesome he always remembers what I get and how I like it… super friendly and helpful as long as there’s a sims bbq I will never go anywhere else so do your self a favor and go see Bobby and his uncle I guarantee. Delicious!!! Sims Smoked BBQ was recommended or I would not have tried them and I’d have missed out.
It doesn’t look like much. It is just 3 smokers and a food truck in the parking lot of the Subway. There are some picnic tables to eat there or take it home. We tried the brisket, pulled pork and ribs with cole slaw, potato salad, turkey rice, and some kinda potatoes. I meant to take photos but completely forgot when I opened the box. It tastes as good as it smells.

Not very impressed over all wasn’t bad

The BBQ was amazing. We tried brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. All were high quality and delicious! Their signature sauce is the only choice, but a really good one! We got there a bit late in the day on a Saturday so the brisket was reaching the end. They threw in a half rack of ribs to compensate which I thought was a fair and generous offer. Hard to say the atmosphere is great since it’s basically a stationary food truck, but that’s not why you come. You come for the great food! Enjoy!

This is a food truck with very limited outdoor seating. They have plastic utensils and nothing to use for cracking the crab legs. If you order the crab legs, bring your own utensils or carry them home. If you are looking for mullet, this is about the only place around that has it smoked. The baked beans are sweet and the green beans are probably from a can. The shrimp are tasty.
