Here’s my take on Sims Geyer Springs the remodel is great. Only confusing thing seems to be entering and exiting the parking lot. The signage is posted but drivers assume they don’t need to follow it. There is overfill parking behind the Church’s Chicken. Let’s talk food though. I wasn’t overly impressed as I grew up with the tenderism game from Sims. I ordered a rib dinner with beans and potato salad. It was just ok. The ribs seemed stiff and dry. I actually felt the tissue pull the muscle from the bone. Now the smoke ring was there no question but it’s not the old Sims I really enjoyed. The potato salad even tasted like big chain supply store pre made potato salad the beans were only thing that either had a nice dash of Sims or they found a good supplier for them. Very clean bathroom.I wouldn’t be back anytime soon but I wouldn’t say don’t go just be prepared for a hit or miss. For the price I could think of other options.

I’m disappointed! Ordered a chopped beef. No flavor whatsoever. Rib tips, weren’t worth giving to my dog. Definitely days old and definitely looked a lot like scraps. My peach pie had a bitter flavor and the only thing that was hot were my fries which were half done and still hard. Like I said disappointed. I won’t be back …..

I’m not from Little Rock, Arkansas however, the food is delicious. There was a young lady in the back when my mom ordered some cornbread rolls and she disrespectfully said out loud that’s a damn shame. I reported it to the manager just to let her know her customer service skills sucks. She do not need to be in that type of environment with good food being served., my mom spends good money and for her to say that was a slap in the face if it wasn’t for me getting my mother food it would’ve been a different outcome. Can you please let the young lady in the back with the ponytail with the glasses know that everybody is not respectful, so be careful !! . Other then that, the food was delicious

Food is good but the ladies up front need customer service skills. They dont listen and are border line rude. I told the lady Lays chips she didnt hear me. I said sweet tea. Didnt hear that either. They are rushy like your getting on their nerves….

Was served a plate with a hair stuck to the bread and touching the edge of my chopped pork. When the waitress came by, I showed her and she said “eww” and preceded to take the bread with the hair and bring me a new slice. Not being a total germaphobe, I pushed the compromised half of bbq meat aside and ate the rest of the plate. At checkout, the same waitress was ringing me up, and I quietly asked if I could get some kind of discount so as to not repulse other diners. She went to the back, and then came back out and said the manager said they wouldn’t discount because I was “compensated” with a new slice of bread. Are you kidding me!!
Any other restaurant would have comp’ed the plate, or replaced the whole meal, not a slice of white bread and said that’s good enough. Dirty way to run a restaurant, and unbelievably incompetent management! Ate there once a week, every week since they reopened, Now I will never go back.

I ordered a Rib and chopped Beef sandwich. I live less than 10 minutes away. Good COLD! I called and asked is this what they do? Manager said No. Asked would I come back. No I was tired and not feeling well. Next time she will make it right. No next time for me. After warming it up it wasn’t good enough for a next time. Wasted $20.

You will be treated well here…upon entering the door I realized I had been here before years ago when passing through the area and was drawn back by the treatment we received as well as the food…my taste being different from others it’s hard to critique what has been working for them…i had the ribs which were as good as I remembered…tender but not falling apart…the beans and greens which were a little over cooked and under seasoned but like I said…thats my taste…overall a good experience
