My wife and I decided to get meals to go for Thanksgiving to avoid cooking too much since it was only us. First time we ever visited. We were told to show up early and avoid the 11 to 12 hour because of being busy. We were there at 915 in the morning. No macaroni and cheese was available. Must say food smelled decent. When it was time for dinner we warmed our meals up, and to our surprise we thought it was home cooking?? Food was very bland and under seasoned all the way down to the gravy. Our honest opinion, because we have the right to say one.. it tasted like food you’d be served in the hospital. Wish we could get a refund of $61 which is what we spent included in our purchase with extra turkey. We were kind of let down. So we made the decision to do our own thing, just cook on a smaller scale for the holidays. Maybe the full pre ordered meals were better.. we don’t know? For our purchase getting individual platters when we showed up. it wasn’t worth the money. Hungry man TV dinners are actually more savory. Mashed potatoes are instant, instant stuffing. Canned pie filling for spiced apples. Not to mention portions were incredibly small. Two extra portions of turkey.. costed equivalent to one full platter.

I’ve driven past this place for many, many years. Never realized that it was a restaurant, thought it was just catering. They catered a friend’s wedding reception and the food was AMAZING. It’s the best turkey dinner I have had. Stopped in today to eat at the restaurant. It’s like cafeteria style. They accept GPay. I see that they have cream of crab soup. Can’t wait to try that!

Last time we went here I got a wrap that tasted dry, but this time I got the turkey dinner meal and it was wonderful. The hot meals and soups are good & it’s nice to sit here and look at the river on a nice sunny day. We usually eat Asian cuisine, but I get cravings for American comfort food.

After starting my new job a year and a half ago Simply Turkey Has been my main go to for lunch. Typically, I get a small salad, but it’s actually huge to the point where I cannot finish it! The food is always fresh and tasty, the sandwiches and soups are great as well. When it comes to service they Phenomenal! Their recommendations have always been great, especially when trying out new soups. I know they do cater for holidays, but even the busy times the staff always has a smile in their face. I’ve only been to the front Street location where there is ample parking, but the parking lot is kind of full of potholes so you need to be careful. There’s lots of outdoor seating and a beautiful view of the river. Inside there’s a lot of seating and it’s pretty clean, however a little bit dated and dark.

Typically, a small bowl salad would cost me around 15 bucks, But it is a large serving and it is so fresh. They’re using quality ingredients and Great service.

Enjoyed a super delicious Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Wrap and homemade coleslaw. generous portions and all very fresh. Super clean tables, everything in order and fully stocked….and the part that made our first visit so fantastic, the employees! Robert & Trinity helped us out! Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend will definitely return!

Front street location. Good and consistent food. Baked goods are good as well. Selection is the same and has been for a while but I like it. Choices of wraps and such are good too. Soups are amazing. Getting it to go is great too. Always a good time.

When I stopped with my kids for lunch, I figured I’d have to get a salad being gluten free, but I was delighted to find out I could get a sandwich, and it was prepared in a separate area with the employee washing hands and putting on new gloves before starting.

I have been a customer of both the Front Street & Erford Road locations for 15+ years. I keep coming back because of the tasty food, great value, and helpful staff. However, I have noticed since early 2023 that they have decreased the amount of meat in their sandwiches and wraps. The $10 wrap I received today had ONE SLICE of turkey in it. Normally it has much more turkey in it (I’ve been getting this wrap for years), so you can imagine why I am confused and upset. I understand that costs are higher due to inflation, but paying ten bucks for a small wrap, I’d expect more meat. So disappointed with my takeout order today.
