I just had one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time at Simply Thai! I ordered the crispy garlic tilapia and it was absolutely phenomenal — perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside, and packed with bold garlic flavor without overpowering the fish. Every bite had that ideal crunch followed by juicy, well-seasoned goodness.
My friend got the pineapple fried rice, and wow — it was just as impressive. The balance of sweet and savory was spot on, with fresh pineapple adding that bright pop of flavor that makes the dish so addictive. It looked beautiful and tasted even better.
One thing I really loved is that you can choose your spice level for each dish. I went with a level 2, and it had that perfect spicy flavor without being spicy hot — exactly how I like it. Honestly, I probably could’ve handled a level 3 next time! It’s so nice being able to customize the heat to enjoy the flavor without overwhelming your taste buds.
On top of the amazing food, the service was awesome — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The vibe of the place was just as great: lively but comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a seriously delicious meal.
Already looking forward to going back!

Order pad Thai with chicken to go. Opened up the container and I see it half full, presented with tons of broken small pieces of noodles, 3-4 tiny pieces of chicken and 1 small piece of chicken, barely any bean sprouts or peanuts, no garnishment or lime. Dish was sickly sweet. Quite disappointed in everything about this dish; so glad I didn’t waste more of my money. Never coming back

This Thai restaurant exceeded my expectations! The food was truly amazing, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. I appreciated the option to customize the spice level, which was particularly important since my wife can’t handle very spicy food. Unlike some Thai places, their level 0 was mild enough for her to enjoy. I, on the other hand, opted for level 5 and found it manageable, though I enjoy spicy food. The casual atmosphere makes it perfect for a low-key gathering or night out with friends. Highly recommend!

First time visiting this Simply Thai as I usually eat at the Middletown one. Had a superb dinner here! Atmosphere was great. It was busy but the noise level was moderate so you could carry on a conversation. Service was fantastic, serves was attentive and kept the drinks filled. The food was fresh hot and absolutely flavorful. The yellow curry was some of the best I’ve had around town!

This has always been a favorite of my wife and I; however, I will warn those with dietary restrictions that they haven’t been consistent with following requests. I unfortunately have a chronic disease that can land me in the ER, followed by a few days in the hospital, if I eat a lot of fat. In the past they’ve been great about preparing their pad Thai either little or no oil; however had I eaten a serving of the pad Thai they prepared tonight, I have no doubt I would find myself in the emergency room! Caveat emptor!

We are out of town guests and went with our family who had positive experiences in this restaurant previously. The appetizers were good, warm and delicious, but when they brought out our entrees, they were ho-hum. Worst of all, one of our party had a long hair in their $20 fried rice dish, and the server said the owner would give us $3 off for that disgusting mistake. Drinks were forgotten, and the overall flavor was like some packaged food from a grocery store. My curry was not flavorful and the vegetables tasted like they were cooked several days ago. We can’t recommend.

one of my new favorite restaurants! this place is absolutely amazing. i’ve had nothing but great service and fresh tasty food. i wish i could eat here every day lol. the spring rolls & pad see iew are my favorites. they separated the elements of the mango sticky rice which makes it difficult to eat but still tasted good! also the shrimp dumplings are TINY. will definitely be back soon :))

The food was out of this world! Definitely recommend the pineapple fried rice and the pad thai. However, what was even better was Edward. Edward was the most helpful, polite, and charming server ever. We will definitely come back! Thank you, Edward!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Have always enjoyed Simply Thai, but ordered online for delivery the moment they opened at 5:00, they run that through DoorDash, fine. It took 2 hours before we received our food. It was cold and not appealing whatsoever.
If you want to offer delivery, great, but you need to be able to execute it.

You Simply can’t go wrong choosing Simply Thai for a deliciously satisfying meal! The fried tofu was crispy on the outside and silky on the inside. Likewise, the stuffed banana pepper and Shrimp Pad Thai were very good. The highlight of the meal was the shrimp bomb, which had a spicy/sweet drizzle on it that was incredible, and a creamy Thai tea! Delicious!!
