absolutely fantastic place right on the runway where you can stare and watch planes coming and going. They have a great selection of comfort foods and home cooking as well as a few vegetarian and healthy options. Don’t skip the homemade desserts that are baked fresh daily. This is well worth the stop whether you are pilotor someone just traveling through. The prices are extremely reasonable and we highly recommend stopping here.

Portion sizes are huge, and both of our selections had excellent flavor, and seasoning. Had enough for leftovers later in the day. Great view of the planes, and an airport cat to boot. Will be back as we only live a few miles away.

Excellent service and great food! These ain’t your ordinary club sandwiches. Every plate that came out that kitchen looked delicious and was more than your average helping. You better come hungry. Because you’ll be leaving full! Beautiful views with planes flying in and out while you dine. Definitely a 5 ⭐️

You can almost hear the gasps when food gets delivered to a table… the servings are HUGE! Everything I’ve tried is always fresh and delicious. Watching the planes take off and land is just a bonus.

The atmosphere and excitement of planes taking off and landing is the biggest draw, and you can get a front row seat. Food was typical Cafe style and the staff was friendly and attentive enough. Fries we’re tasty and brownie and ice cream were great but food was basic overall.

Awesome idea, food and staff! Got to watch the aircraft landing and taking off during our meal. My wife and I were in the area and was referred to try it out. Wow!
I had the fried flounder (boneless and skinless), which was SUPERB! Some of the BEST I’ve ever had anywhere! Can miss with their flounder! Try it!
Flavorful batter, and so delicious. The slaw was red cabbage and also delicious. Baked potato was actually BAKED and delicious. Tartar sauce = delicious!
My wife had beef barley soup and it was amazing as well. REAL BEEF tips were so tender and the soup was complex in flavor.
Dessert was chocolate chess pie! YES YES YES! TRY IT.
Every member of the wait staff lady was friendly, professional and always on time with more delicious sweet tea!
Overall AAA+ on every level. Will consider driving from Eden, NC just to eat here again.

Food is good, it’s a cool experience, clean and inviting. It was our first time there. I’m not sure if it’s usually crowded with very few waitresses or what, but it was a little on the slow side, but everybody was super nice and the food was very fresh! Very affordable and generous portions. Love the fact that the pilot of the helicopter was so accommodating with my children, readily available, and excited to show off his occupation so we could learn a little bit while there as well.

Absolutely the BEST grilled chicken sandwich I ever had. Also the creamy cheesey chicken casserole was absolutely divine. Great service. Also saw several airplanes land and take off. Even saw a helicopter take off

My wife and I flew in with a friend to eat here on a Sunday. We did the same thing back in 2020, and I’ll have to say the food was much better then than it is now. I would fly back to eat there again, but if I lived close by I don’t know that I would drive over there for the food. There has to be better choices. It’s just convenient for a pilot because you’re driving on the airport.
