Baldwin Park to have it. for the salads to be made so so consistently just speaks volumes about the way staff is trained. so good. we’d love if there were a closer location, but we’ll make the trip over to cerritos because it’s worth it.

Walked in and was greeted so kindly by Cindy, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to try. I wanted to switch it up so she helped point me in the right direction and was so super Duper friendly. I loved her vibe. She even helped me substitute something that I didn’t want in the salad which is great because I’m very indecisive. I’ll definitely come back and I definitely will be looking forward to her fun vibe and positive attitude.

When I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm smile from Cindy. All the ladies were smiling and seemed to be having a wonderful time. Cindy diligently gathered the ingredients for my salads, while LJ, who was smiling the entire time, expertly chopped them up. As I waited for my order, I was once again greeted by Kayla with a big smile. The way these ladies treated me as a customer truly deserves a 10. They deserve far more than that. I must commend the management team for having such a fantastic crew. It was an honor to be assisted by these three ladies. Once again great job to Cindy, LJ and Kayla. Let me just say this is now one of my favorite locations! I been to the one in Long beach and Gardena and this one beats it easily. I was around the area yesterday morning and decided to stop by since I was at the mall and wanted something fresh. Portions are huge and quality is so fresh. It makes eating healthy so easy. Service is so fast and amazing, everyone seems to love it there, all so welcoming and friendly. Never seen a workplace with such a good working bond. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

Plus was the fresh, healthy option on a hot day. Definitely a step up from subway & good veggie options & can order ahead!! Minus was just a few places to sit & my particular cashier was not helpful. Even though no one else in line, when I asked questions & told her it was my first visit. I ended up modifying a cobb wrap and it cost me $25 for a one wrap, a drink, tax & tip. So, I would say it’s on the pricey side unless you stick to the menu items Heed caution if you build your own. I think I will try it out again & order ahead & take it to go! Enjoy! It was yummy

This place is always friendly and even if there’s a long line, they try their best to bring out the food fast for you. Always great quality ingredients! I wish they had the menu displayed on the wall or something to see all the ingredients have. Will def be back.

Man I do not know why I keep coming back here.
The first time I tried this place, I ordered a salad in person and it was actually delicious. I got the Cobb salad and the worker recommended adding croutons and chipotle ranch dressing. It was awesome!! I was excited to make myself a regular at this place.
Since then I’ve ordered from them maybe about 4 or so more times and each time something has been wrong. When I order for pick up I order about 5 salads total.
The second time I ordered from them they forgot to add dressing to one of the salads. I messaged them and they said they would give me a credit for a future purchase–they did not.
The third time I ordered, I wanted to try the Steak Out salad. When I got home and opened it up, it had literally everything on the description except the steak. I went back on the website to make sure I didn’t read it wrong. Maybe I ordered wrong or didn’t add the steak or the steak was literally “out” of the salad. I called the restaurant to clarify and gave them my receipt/order number. They said they would issue me a refund and never did.
Finally, I wanted a salad and was still riding the high from my first time there so I ordered the Cobb Salad again. Not only did they not dress the salad, they mixed in brown avocado. Like someone just thought “it’s all mixed in–no one will notice this absolutely browned avocado that I throw in.” I normally don’t mind a little discoloration but this looked unhealthy to eat.
My partner also mentioned the portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller.
I really enjoyed my first time here. But the slow and steady decline of my enjoyment and experience makes me really disappointed in a place I was previously very excited about.
On top of it all, the need to order ONLY via their app and pay ahead of time (as opposed to being able to call an order in and/or pay at pick up) just makes it overall not the best for me.
Now I have to find a new go-to salad spot because I do not plan on coming back here.
