Came here and found a hidden gem. Probably one the best Banh mi in town. I got the chicken Bahn Mi and the beef Pho and that was spectacular too. Super fresh bread really delicate taste on the Pho. A lot of love goes into the food here you can tell.

The waiter James needs to be fired or something. he has poor waiting skills. 3 things happened during our experience at simply pho.
1 He never asked what drinks we wanted and only skipped too the food part.
2 our food wait was 10 mins and was for 5 mins after being out and our soup was very warm that my mom still had raw food.
3. My mom reported the raw meat only because the soup was warm which isn’t okay if there bloody raw meat dripping on her food. He told my mom to “Calm down”!!! how unprofessional and rude.
He never gave us good service, which we always get good service by that older dude and young girl w short hair and they get tipped big! he got tipped 0 because he was rude, unprofessional and slow. he didn’t even give us dessert which people had to sadly ask. We LOVE Simply Pho, but I don’t think we will be returning with James working there and being unprofessional with his tone.The waiter James needs to be fired or something. he has poor waiting skills. 3 things happened during our experience at simply pho.

Vegetable Pho and egg rolls were very good. First visit tonight and will try again to taste more from the menu. Fresh vegetables with beef broth. Egg rolls with lettuce wrap and dipping sauce. Service to table. Nice and clean inside. Feels new. Location used to be a Flame Broiler. I’ll go back. Yummy!

My First Time Here At Simply Pho James Was So Very Friendly Luckily not too busy at the time I had so many questions lol about menu because I hv never been to any of there 3 locations. Their Menu has so Many Delightful Dishes to choose from. I chose Ribbeye /Brisket Pho Large bowl to have Take Home for later & I chose special sauce pork Spring roll. I was so Delightfully Pleased! Very Fast Service & Most Delish. Truly The Noodles & Meats Were Perfectly Tender & Toppings Were Plenty The Broth is Delicious & for extra spice They provide several sauces & yes Housin Sauce. Very Clean Comfy Environment . I chose to dine in. James ever so often checked on Me to make sure all is good & just to chat. I’ve made a New Friend in James. He shared his pic of his Beautiful Wife & Daughter. I Definitely Recommend This Restaurant & Fountain Valley Location. I’m defineately gonna make this a Regular Place to Enjoy Amazing Food & Service. TY James & To The Chefs!

Yeah, this is a great spot for high-quality eats. Easily some of the best phở I’ve ever had, and the pork spring rolls were unbelievably good. Everything is clean and service is excellent. And the prices are totally reasonable.

I love go to there but today my service was horrible Pho came cold and meat raw soup was to cold to cook it he was not all there he made us wait for 10 min to order while he was busy talking and he took our order but didn’t listen didn’t write it down then then out food was waiting already made for 15 min was just sitting there getting cold after I told him my food was cold and meat raw he was rude about it this is not the first time this young guy has help us and service was horrible but other waiters a girl give amazing service and an older gentleman too t

Went to dinner here with family and food was great! A chill, relaxed place, quick and good service. We got the spring rolls and calamari for appetizers (calamari was very good!) and I got an excellent vermicelli while everyone else got pho, don’t think you can go too wrong!
