I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful dining experience my husband and I recently enjoyed at your establishment.
While seeking dinner options, we spontaneously decided to try Simple Pho and were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Although the space is modest in size, it is exceptionally comfortable and welcoming. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly and promptly escorted to our table.
Our server, Cuong P, introduced herself and attended to us with great professionalism and attentiveness throughout the evening. Unsure of what to expect, we opted to order several appetizers, followed by the salt & pepper shrimp and the rib eye pho. Every dish we sampled was simply delicious, showcasing excellent quality, beautiful presentation, and truly exquisite flavors.
The only minor drawback was that the edamame was slightly overcooked, resulting in a less firm texture, although the chili garlic flavor was delightful. Despite this small imperfection, we can confidently say that Simple Pho has become one of our favorite dining spots in the area.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for their exceptional service and care. We look forward to many more visits and hope the consistency and quality of your food and service continue indefinitely.

Had a mid week lunch. Came in about 11:30. A few people already there. It’s not a very big place and the space is divided down the middle. Location is off 380 in the shopping center in front of the Costco. It does get busy in this area. I had the house egg rolls that came with a nice dipping sauce. Very tasty. Only minor complaint is they are small. Entree was the Pho Rib Eyes and Meatball. It’s my go to Pho choice. Good size portion with a very tasty broth. Plenty of rib eye and meatballs. The meatballs were some of the best I had in a pho. Service was good and the staff was very friendly. Food came out hot and in a timely manner. I ordered the chicken fried rice to go and ate it the following day. Again it was a nice portion and was delicious. Really enjoyed my meal here and it’s climbed to one of my favorite pho options in the area. They also have a lot of other options besides pho. Prices are fair as well. Give it a try.

Stopped by this restaurant after a Costco run last night. We had Salt & Pepper Calamari, Pho combination, Shaken beef rice plate and Wok on fire flat noodles. The seasoning was rich and flavorful, and the beef was incredibly tender and tasty. Definitely coming back to try more dishes!

We’re we looking for a gem? No, but we found one. This place was amazing! The pho broth has been one of the best ones I’ve had in quite a long time. Red curry was amazing, their house spring rolls, crispy and tasty. The combination banhmi sandwich was incredible, only thing I would change is the jalapeño sliced thinner.
The service was very friendly as well. Great atmosphere, and honestly great portions of food. I am glad we found this place.

For the appetizer we got Thai wings. It had a lot of flavor to it and tasted great. Nice and crispy.
For the entree my husband got the Pho and it was very flavorful. I also got a Thai tea, which tasted very good and wasn’t too sweet. I got the Tom Yum with shrimp (house special).
They have a lot of dishes even for vegetarian and kids.
Service was fast and the vibe was warm.

First time customer. I just wanted some good beef phó. I tried the meatballs and it was DELICIOUS. The chicken house spring rolls- phenomenal and don’t get me started on the cream cheese wontons…chefs kiss. Highly recommend their Vietnamese iced coffee. Sadly they were out of bahn mi , but I will be back. Service was spectacular as well, super clean chill place. I had my stuff to go, but I will dine in one day.

The pho was delicious and had great portions. It would’ve been nice to have different size bowls available, but that’s not a necessary thing. The staff were attentive and nice. The veggies for the pho were fresh and crisp. The place is clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that they’re a little tight with their napkins. Theirs no dispenser on the tables and they provided one per person. I don’t know about others but my nose tends to run a little when I eat hot soup, so it would’ve been nice not to have to feel like I needed a napkin strategy.
