Great place for a bowl of pho. Got a takeout for my wife and I to share. Perfect meal to share and looking forward to dining in.
It was all in its separate containers to assemble and enjoy when we got home. Flavorful broth that made it perfect for a cool day outside.

WOW! This is seriously the best Phó you’re going to get in Idaho! I had a Pork Bao bun, Fresh Rolls, The Castaway Bubble Tea & a large bowl of Veggie Phó. Everything tasted homemade, very fresh, & SO deliciously satisfying! The broth is so soothing, with beautiful flavor. I also LOVED the homemade chili oil!! The atmosphere is great; funky music, fun artwork, & top-notch customer service. I was very impressed by the friendliness & passion from the owners involvement in every aspect of their business.
Definitely making more trips out of town for some Simply Pho. ❤️

As others have said, the broth needs work. Virtually flavorless, you’ll need to add quite a bit of the sauces to get a decent taste. Additionally the bowls cost around $3-4 more than your average bowl of pho and are a bit smaller. The meat was not great, but not as bad as others have said. All veggies tasted fresh. The service itself was fine, all employees were kind and helpful.
As it’s a new business, I don’t want to be too harsh. However there’s plenty of room for improvement and I hope they find their stride soon enough.

Excellent chicken rice bowl! Perfect post-gym dinner. I also enjoy the chicken pho, but prefer the chicken rice bowl.

Food is fantastic and authentic tasting, however service is horrible. Rudest people I have ever bought food from.
We ordered pho and asked for extra meat in only 1 bowl.
We were not asked if we wanted drinks or water, when the chef brought the food out I asked the chef which bowl had the extra meat, she said “both bowls do”, I replied “we only ordered it on one bowl”. She rudely replied, “well the waitress told me it was both bowls and turned to leave” to which I said, “huh aight” and shrugged, it’s only 3$ so no worries right.
We waited for a while and the waitress didn’t show up, so we ate for 20 min or so, finally I went up to the counter and asked if we could get waters and I mentioned that we had only ordered extra meat in one bowl, to which she instantly and flatly replied, “did you eat it”? And I said ya, she instantly replied with “then you gotta pay for it”.
Lol, , well ya we did eat it cause we were hungry and figured its just a mistake they made, and I’ve never been charged for a mistake made by the staff at a restaurant. But it’s only 3$, who cares, but I was just shocked at the rudeness and instant hostile mentality.
I do food reviews and love taking pics and videos of my food so I was taking some pics and videos of my food and granted I was so shocked at the rudeness of it all so I was talking to my camera about it and the chef came out and told me I was not allowed to video due to the waitress being a minor. (Good point, glad she pointed that out).
We paid and left without another word.
So we left the store and I was doing a selfie video outside, the chef came outside and was taking pics and video of me, very hostile. So we just left.
I’ve never experienced such rudeness so fast, and such hostility over 3$ of extra meat, (granted their large pho bowls are not that large, and they charge 17.99 +3$ for extra meat, and there is barely any meat in the bowls to start with).
We won’t be going back, sadly I doubt they would even let us back with them being so hostile and rude.
So if you go just make sure to be clear on what you order, if the wrong item or extra items come out, DONT eat it, flag down someone and send it back, or just pay for it. I should never have asked about it or questioned them, they quickly escalated the situation with their defensiveness and rudeness.
I was calm the entire time and simply asked questions.
Must be right times when you gotta lose customers over something so small. ♂️

AMAZING!! we just went today and it was delightful. I got the Steak and Brisket bowl, the raspberry beret bubble tea, and an order of spring rolls! Everything was out of this world. Good portion sizes, very flavor packed and delicious my food came out 5 or so minutes after I ordered. The service was good and the workers were very friendly. I 100% recommend goin,

First time customer and first time Pho eater. Excellent food, excellent service and excellent taste. Been craving a brothy light meal since having a stomach bug and this place made it a reality. So much food to add in to that delicious broth. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

We chose this restaurant because it is fairly new and we really like Pho. We were shocked at the portion size for the price, lack of steak and brisket, and couldn’t tell the meat apart. I will end on a good note; I try and give positive feedback as well as constructive. The staff is friendly and the flavor of the Pho overall was good. I probably won’t be back but I do hope them success. I do understand cost of their products in order to make money. This can be very profitable, however, profit won’t be what it could be if prices were reasonable for the average household means.

The bubble tea is absolutely amazing! I tried this place about two months ago because I wanted to regularly drink boba, and the staff are very friendly! I haven’t had any of their food, but I love their drinks! My favorite from the drink menu is the lychee passion, I believe is what it’s called. It’s lychee + passion fruit flavored and absolutely delicious! But the staff will happily make a drink that isn’t on the menu, too!!! Either way, you’ll leave with a smile on your face and a drink in your hand!!!
