Nice selection of flavors on 5/16/25 visit. 2 gals behind the counter were working hard as store was very busy. Ice cream was good and also got a 1/2 gallon of chocolate milk that was awesome

Simply Natural Creamery offers a fantastic variety of ice creams that truly stand out. The banana split is a must-try; it’s definitely the best item on the menu with its perfect blend of flavors and generous toppings. However, I did find the milkshakes to be a bit on the smaller side for the price you pay. Overall, it’s a great spot for ice cream lovers, but just keep in mind the portion sizes for the milkshakes!

I’ll start by saying the inside of this place looks awesome. My boyfriend got a cookies and cream milkshake. I guess they used too much milk because it was basically a cup of milk with barely any cookie chunks as they had all been crushed into dust pretty much. It poured out of the cup and into the trashcan like water. I got 2 scoops of double dark chocolate ice cream and it had barely any flavor. We spent $14 and both threw ours away and went to cook out for milkshakes. Way better quality milkshake there.

Excellent flavored ice cream . High quality ice cream. I had Salty Caramel. Absolutely delicious. My husband had Twix Ice cream. Very good also. Serving were generous. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to friends and we will be back when in the area.

The inside has a farmers market vibe. You can purchase milk, eggs and pints of ice cream aside from fresh milkshakes and scooped ice cream.
I ordered the “moo moo..” red velvet ice cream and another ice cream that was chocolate with chunks of Reese’s cups… both were AMAZING!
The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the very stand-off-ish attitude from the girls behind the counter. They all said “hi” upon entering but quickly had a very cold demeanor while ordering. Struck me as a bit odd.
I would definitely like to stop in again in hopes that it might have just been Rough day for the girls as the ice cream was delicious!

Simply Natural in Morehead City has a wide selection of ice cream flavors, including pints and half gallons. They also have milk pints and sodas. There’s a small selection of candy and gift shop items. We got the flight (6 small scoops of different flavors). The ice cream flavors were average. The best one we tried was the cookies & cream. The ice cream was also served on the softer side, kind of melted from the start.

This is a great place to get Ice Cream! You get alot for your money. They are super friendly and helpful. They also sell their flavors by the tub so if you want to get some and take it home you can!!

What a cute ice cream shop! We visited here with family while in the area and we’re glad we stopped by! They have ice cream for now and you can get some for later as well along with milk and other local goods! I also got a crab Warmie while I was there
The ice cream was delicious and the girls that were working were very friendly and helpful! Always had a smile on their faces, no matter how busy they were! This will definitely be one of our annual stops when we visit. There were seating options inside and outside consisting of benches and tables.

Definitely a plus as allergies and dye free ice creams are listed!!! We tried peach, Reese’s cup, and cookie dough.
