I went in on a whim and it turned out to be the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. Chicken was cooked perfectly and still hot. Hummus was nice and creamy. The little vegetables and chips on top are a nice touch. Everything tasted amazing. I especially loved the spices they use on the chicken, and the chipotle garlic sauce.

The food here is incredible and sooooo flavorful! I saved this for the next time I visit this area. We got the chicken kebab wrap, gyro wrap, lentil soup, tabouli, fatoush, chicken shawarma fries and the spicy Turkish salad dip. Literally everything was exceptional. The staff were also so incredibly kind and hard working. A true gem of a place.

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and kind. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The atmosphere feels warm and inviting, which makes me want to keep coming back again and again.

It’s so worth the stop! The food is so fresh and authentic. The place is super clean, with a little bit of charm. The herbs in the falafel and the flavor of the shwarma really stand out. And I would go there just to have more of that smooth hummus. Sometimes a restaurant will work hard to appear authentic and then the food tastes inauthentic and processed, but not here. This little mom&pop shop produces really good food at really reasonable prices. The location doesn’t scream fancy restaurant from the outside, but don’t be fooled. This is one of those hidden gems in Visalia. Don’t miss out! This is not a paid endorsement. I just hope people go there to keep this restaurant around for a long time. I look forward to going back soon. There is lots of shopping near by so I’ll be back very soon.

Simply Mediterranean was an amazing surprise! I heard about it from a friend and I’m so glad I gave it a try. Definitely my new favorite Mediterranean spot in town. I ordered the falafel wrap, and it was full of flavor and freshness. The rice was delicious as too. I also tried the lentil soup, which was more like a broth than a traditional soup, but still really flavorful. We finished with pistachio and walnut baklava, both of which were incredible. The staff was extremely friendly, which made the experience even better. I’m truly impressed and will definitely be back and recommend it. Even my kids loved the food!

We just moved here and have already visited twice. We will keep coming back, the food is absolutely delicious including the sweets. It’s fresh, clean and welcoming inside. The service is fantastic from the front customer service rep to the back open kitchen. Great vibe and great food at a great price.
