My father got the hot wings (in the last picture) which I did sneak a bite of and they were extremely crunchy, the sauce was sticky and super good with a slight spicy twang. Theyre also pretty big, so 8 for 15 seems fair.
I got the build your own noodles and chose rice noodles with house broth and chicken, and a side of chili oil. I LOVED them! I wish I got a secondary angle of the tub of broth but just know it was no small amount, I got a small pots worth and I only ordered a regular size. The add ins had a generous portion too, and even as one of those cilantro taste like soap gene havers it still tasted fine when mixed into the broth (bonus points because you can control how much you throw in). They may warn you that the chili oil is very hot, but for me I found it to be the perfect spice and was sad I didn’t ask for more because it was delicious. Noodles weren’t soggy or anything and they way they set up the box of ingredients allows you to tweak to your taste. The chicken is good, and absorbs the flavors well while in the broth, and the overall dish had that “warm hug” feeling that lots of hearty soups will give you. If there’s anything at all to complain about, it’s that there was only half a wedge of lime, but you could also just ask for more so I don’t see a reason to harp on it ♀️. It was quite filling overall and I don’t see myself eating for the rest of today because of that!
Overall both the wings and the noodles are great, and the portion sizes for said noodles are plentiful. If you don’t drink the broth like I did then you’re very well set to have more for something you want it for later. Staff is kind and the food had around a 25 minute turnaround which isn’t terrible imo, especially because what you get is delicious. There isn’t a future where I don’t come back, and hopefully next time I can eat in!
Our meal was not bad but not good, and the prices are wild. Fine dining is expensive for a reason, but this place is a casual dining spot of average/low quality (bed of lettuce? Imitation crab?)
Would not go out of my way to return here.
They do both takeout and dine in.
One notable mention is their unique seating booth, it reminds me of the tatami mat in Japan.
I highly recommend, and will be returning!
Jan 2025: Still terrific. Had the beef skewers as well as the crispy shrimp and spring rolls. In the soup I had shrimp and chicken.
2024: This may be the best South East Asian restaurant in the area. We had the spring rolls, which were good, and the crispy shrimp which was terrific. I had the soup with house broth, shrimp and beef. It was incredibly flavorful.
March 2024: Excellent. The food is flavorful, all veggies are fresh, great service, very nice and clean inside. The restaurant opened in the summer of 2023, in the space where the old Japanese restaurant Sakura was located. So nice to have a Cambodian restaurant option in Chelmsford. Great food, plenty of parking. We will be back.
Update – We returned today (9 months after opening) and the food was again excellent. I had Mee Ka-Thang with seafood. The sauce was excellent and I enjoyed having asian broccoli in it vs the typical american veggies.
