Went for thanksgiving, and it was phenomenal service and food.
From the moment I walked in with the very sweet and attentive host, got sat, my bubbly waiter came over and we talked about his puppy. Etc. ordered my food on my salad came out first and I ate that while my fondue was warming up. The Thanksgiving platter was wonderful. The stuffed mushrooms though!
My drinks were pretty and pretty amazing too.
All in all, it was everything you’d hope for in being waited on.
A great choice to spend Thanksgiving with you all!

Great experience for a date night! Atmosphere was very intimate and picture worthy. Food was good and fun to make at the table. Service was excellent! The owner sat us and was very kind, our server was a great time and very polite. Recommend to go at least once!

My roommates and I ADORED our dinner here! We decided to visit Simply Fondue as our final dinner together as roommates before we all moved away, and it was a super great choice! I opted for the full dinner experience!
First, the food and fondue was really good! We were able to cook the proteins to our liking, which was awesome! It was so much fun and we loved our food. We ordered one kind of cheese and we all shared it, but because of the special occasion, our waitress worked with us to let us each get our own flavor for dessert, which we so appreciated, as we all have vastly different preferences in sweets. I had a bit of an issue concerning the drinks I ordered because they did not taste correct (I am a bartender with certifications so I just was familiar with how they should taste), but I asked my waitress about it and she was very apologetic and super helpful! She explained that one of the bartenders was training (one of his first shifts) and that he was still learning, and she was more than happy to help sort out the situation!
Since I have mentioned the service now a few times, I wanted to highlight how WONDERFUL our server was! I truly wish I remembered her name! She was so kind, helpful, and patient with us and all of our questions pertaining to how the process would work! She took her time with us to walk us through how to cook/time things correctly, and gave her personal suggestions. She was super fun to have as a waiter and we enjoyed getting to know her throughout the evening! It was a lovely experience!

Super cool little place. It’s in the basement and every little seating area feels like you have the whole place to yourself. The service was absolutely stellar. The cheeses are fantastic, though I do wish the meats for the main were seasoned, or if they even had seasoning on the table. The chocolates are also absolutely amazing.

Everything from the moment we walked in to the service and food was excellent. Our server and the busser were both amazing and extremely attentive. We always felt attended to and our drinks were always full. The owner was there personally making all of our drinks, and they were absolutely delicious and honestly the perfect strength.
We went on a Monday evening as a party of four and felt so well taken care of the entire time. We even ended up staying a little past closing because we got carried away with our conversation, and they never rushed us or made us feel uncomfortable. Instead, they continued to treat us so kindly, which really says a lot about their service. I wish I could remember their names because everyone truly made our experience memorable.
We had a February 2nd, 7:00 PM reservation and since I unfortunately cannot remember their names, I really hope the waitress and busser receive the appreciation they deserve for such outstanding service.

We were there 02/07 and will definitely be coming back. The owner was at the front and was able to accommodate the change in our schedule. The server was fantastic, very thorough on explaining the ins and outs of how it worked. We really enjoyed how they actually coursed it out instead of feeling rushed through so they could sit someone else. Great place to visit!

This place is delicious. All the waitstaff is fantastic. Bartender was killing it. Even the manager who brought our drinks was pretty cool. Very clean and quiet restaurant.
I gotta recommend the black pepper steak and the raspberry lemondrop martini, but really all 4 courses were excellent. Definitely coming back.

The whole experience was horrible. I used to love this place. It’s like $65 for adults and 2
$24 for kids. Kids don’t get cheese or chocolate they just get meat. Your seriously charging $24 to cut up a chicken breast and not even season it. The pot was stuck on high the whole time on one side we couldn’t even enjoy our food because it was cooking extremely fast. The waitress even came by and said she was going to turn it off because it was bothering her. Yea we were sitting there with it boiling in our face the whole time. Why not sit us somewhere with a working hot plate. to mention the bathrooms were dirty this is supposed to be a high end restraught charging $24 for a cut up chicken breast. This place will be shut down very soon with these crazy prices for a dirty atmosphere. I’ll be going to Texas de Brazil you should do the same if you read this.

Stopped by this evening for a romantic treat with my partner who has not been to this location before. When we arrived, we were not greeted. There were customers at the bar – the bartender did not greet us. I peaked my head over the corner, saw a waiter cleaning up a mess and I waved at him, hoping someone would come to the host stand. He proceeds to signal a young lady from the back who told us that the kitchen was closed for food but dessert was available. I told her that was fine since that’s what our intention was. She proceeded to tell us it was going to take a few mins for a table. We agreed and waited – standing. Over 10 mins goes by and she never came back. This was truly not a welcoming nor warm space to be – at least for us. I’ve been to this location at least 3+ times – same host as always.
