This place is AWESOME! If you are in a hurry go through a drive thru at a chain restaurant on 4th. If u can wait a few minutes or order ahead a feast some may call a sandwich then this is the best there is! Just be glad they aren’t sold by weight because they are massive. 2-3 normal people can easily share a large.

I got a mini salad with chicken and it was divine! sooo indulgent and flavorful, seasoned downnn and packed to the brim. and all for $12! Fresh ingredients and great combinations. The Cuban was deliciousss and a fresh take on a classic. I knew what time it was by how heavy the bag was. The meat was succulent on the salad and sandwich, I fell in love. The sandwich was a little soggy and hard to eat later, I would probably get it without the tomato/lettuce to make it easier to reheat but that’s a small thing. I will definitely be back!

The traditional Cuban sandwich was good, but way too much meat IMO. What I like about Cubans is the balance of bread, pickles, mustard, and meat. This sandwich is basically just meat. You definitely get your money’s worth though!

I have to give all Stars, I could give more If I could .I have not personally stepped foot here , But a dear friend of mine who often goes back and forth from Florida to North East Alabama brought me and my partner some food from here , a little over 12 hours away as a birthday Gift to us, hey you can’t go wrong for a gift like that, food? Come on, the best gift ever.. to be honest this is hands down the best cuban sandwich we have ever had in our life. Our friend packed it for us in an icebox and drove over 12 hours on her way back to North East Alabama just so we can experience this sandwich a true authentic cuban sandwich, I have to say it was out of this world, the sandwich was massive and could feed 2 plus people easily. There was a special White sauce that complimented the sandwich. I have to thank my friends for this one. It was a true honor to be able to try authentic Caribbean / Cuban food, especially up here in Alabama it truly was amazing one my Florida friend goes back down I’m requesting more food be brought back up here I want to give you guys a food review because it’s authentic it is absolutely one of the best sandwiches we’ve ever had in our entire lives you have something truly special. Keep doing what you’re doing and thank you for creating an amazing sandwich especially for the ones that are 400 mi away it’s amazing I have to thank my friends who live in Florida part-time that was able to bring this dish back to us . Hopefully one day we can come in person thank you Janet for delivering us food over 400 miles away

Wow… I have seen the pictures of the Cuban Sandwich online. They looked delicious and I was not disappointed. Their Cuban sandwich is huge and freaking delicious. Price was average for a sandwich that size, but this one has more substance and taste great. The only downside side was, it is pick up only and they were only accepting cash. Definitely recommend a stop by, well worth it!

Just moved to the area and decided to give this spot a try, and HFS, the chicken with rice and beans might be the greatest cuban chicken with rice and beans ive ever had. Everything was flavorful and at a hefty $18 price tag I was hoping to get my money’s worth and i definitely did and more. They packed this thing like I was their son heading off to college. Cant wait to try the rest of the menu.

A hidden gem but not to locals, the other guests in lines raved about this place on my first visit. This place was fantastic. The portions are out of this world, and you can’t beat the price. The house special Cuban is fantastic, huge, piled with so much meat. The mini salad was far from mini, it served as 3 meals. Piled high with toppings and meat. Service was through a small window, no indoor seating but nothing takes away from the fantastic food and service. Nothing was missed with this visit. We’ll surely be back.

Massive and delicious and a good price. Cut into quarters, and each quarter was huge.
We got the Cuban and meatloaf subs, rice and beans, and the plantains.
They gave me an accurate wait time of 30 minutes.
Their system could use an overhaul, and they def need some more help, but overall all this was a great find. We really enjoyed it.
