Simply Bread is a small bakery specialized in naturally leavened bread and fresh pastries. All bread products baked at Simply Bread are handmade in small batches and slowly fermented using a culture of wild yeast. None of the bread contains any additives or preservatives. All flour are organic, and some are mill in the house. The ingredients are carefully selected, always aiming for the best quality. Each loaf is fermented for a minimum of 20 hours and finally baked in a stone-lined oven. By eating naturally-leavened and long-fermented bread, you get all the benefits from its process: the bacteria and the yeast in the sourdough culture work together to predigest the starches and to break down the gluten protein, making it easier to digest.

We have been customers since Simply Bread has opened and always are so happy with trying new treats or just getting our favorite loaf & chocolate croissants! All the bakery items are top notch- my favorites being the monkey bread, lemon bars, croissants and guava cheese danish yummmm we bring a loaf to any gathering and they also make great gifts! For thanksgiving we got their sourdough rolls and everyone took one home with them too! The girls there are so sweet even when it is crazy busy they always smile and stay on top of everything. I recommend this place to all my clients and friends, worth the wait if you are there when it is a long line and it moves fast! 🙂 see you all soon!

Consistently the best sourdough bread in the area! They’re very popular to locals, so get there close to their opening hours to get your choice of their daily selection. They do sell out! This is an awesome little place along the beach. We are always looking for places to buy real, organic sourdough bread. The bakery was quaint and had plenty of options. We got a small sandwich loaf which was delicious. And some pao de queiso which is a delicious Brazilian cheese bread. And a cinnamon roll.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality baked goods. Everyone was very friendly and the service was excellent.

My wife and I drove by Simply Bread after a trip to the beach and immediately looked them up. We were drawn in by their organic ingredients and seeming commitment to quality based on their website. We have now been twice to pick up a loaf of sourdough and we have been beyond ecstatic with it.
Our first trip we bought a croissant and a chai roll, both equally tasty. Our Toddler was particularly fond of the croissant. We will most certainly be making more regular visits here, followed by trips to along the shoreline to partake in delicious pastries and bread.
It is by far worth making a visit within the narrow hours in which they are open. I hope you check them out!

I stopped in and got there right after 10 when they opened Saturday morning. The line was out the door already, but it went pretty fast. Man did it smell good in there. I got a brioche bread—fantastic. A multigrain loaf, a chocolate croissant, a ham and cheese croissant, and a specialty danish, which changes; I got a mushroom and cheese danish. I will definitely be back. Sorry, no pictures I ate the evidence.

Website is not very user-friendly to place an order in advance and many times the product is sold out even 3 days before pick up!
The worst is when you show up half an hour before store opens to guarantee first place in line and the product is out. Totally unacceptable. But this gave me plenty of time to interact with other customers and realizing that this happens to other people as well and making it worse because the people in line buy more than they would need.

Legitimately amazing bread and pastries! I went on Thursday and Friday, got there 10 minutes before opening and by the time she opened the doors there was already several more people waiting with me. After 2 visits, I can safely say, it’s very much worth the hype. I’ve had the Asiago and the huge loaf was gone in under 24 hours, it’s to die for! I’ve also gotten the strata, bread pudding, pain au chocolat, lemon bar and ham and cheese croissant and shared within my family, everyone was amazed at how delicious each was! I’ll definitely be placing a pre order on Tuesday’s bc I need that Asiago to be a part of my life every week and I’m not willing to take my chances bc she sells out early almost every day.
