New to me, along with the Vietnamese food. Interesting flavors, almost an Indian influence on Chinese food flavors? The chicken was highly recommended, however, I will say I enjoyed the pork a lot more. My strawberry maca latte That’s excellent. Less impressed with the tiny egg roll. Flavor was good. But hardly enough to taste. Service staff was helpful, food served quickly. Wonderfully fresh.

Simply fantastic! I had the 5 Spice Pork Banh Mi which was superb and a lemonade with honeydew flavor and pomegranate boba. All of it was delicious! Nice little place, great service, great food.

I don’t visit Grand Island often but this was worth the trip for sure. The food, service, and atmosphere were great.
We ordered pork sandwich, chicken sandwich, strawberry matcha drink, and an iced coffee drink. The sandwiches were very high quality. The meat was cooked perfectly. The veggies and peppers were fresh. It would be hard to top this. The drinks were also tasty. The strawberry matcha has a nice layering of flavors. The iced coffee was solid as well.
The service was nice. You order at the counter then get your food and drinks when it’s ready. The guy taking the order was friendly.
I like the atmosphere of the place. They have a nice sectional couch that we sat on. The colors of the room is bright and upbeat. We came a little bit after it opened on a Saturday and were pretty much the only ones in the restaurant for almost the whole duration of our stay so I’m not too confident on how long they’ll be able to stay open.
If you’re a fan of banh mi or just want to try something new like Vietnamese sandwiches, I highly recommend visiting this place.

The tiger tea is amazing! The portions are generous, and the food is so delicious. The owner and staff are so friendly. This little slice of heaven is exactly what Grand Island needed.

My mom and I visited this month and we absolutely loved it! I got the “Selena” which has strawberry purée and taro in it and it was amazing! The staff was so kind and helpful with helping us choose our drinks. I had never tried taro before and they let me try some samples of it before ordering my drink. We will definitely be back soon!

Some coworkers and I went today for bubble tea and it was FANTASTIC! We’ve had bubble tea from most places in our surrounding areas and Simply Boba is by far the best! The guy who runs it is super nice and made great drinks for us, and I will definitely be returning

It is NOT cash only, idk why Google says that, but we went today and paid with a card. We got boba, lemonade, the beef rice bowl and the pork rice bowl and everything was delicious! The owner was really nice and gave solid service. I can’t handle a lot of caffeine so he gave me a mostly milk tea. Lots of flavor and topping combos for drinks. If you’ve ever driven by and wondered if you should stop in, you should! Pic of my food only cuz my husband already demolished half his bowl by the time I thought to take a pic, lol.

I had such a great visit today; Jessica was serving us and she was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Our drinks are not only beautiful but were all so delicious. They have kid friendly drinks at a great price point, and with a big family, I love that there’s a point system so our 11th drink is free. Try the West River Lemonade, you won’t regret it.
