Simplee Pho Is one of my favorite restaurants South of the river. A good friend of mine turned me on to this place several years ago. Everything I’ve ordered here has always been fantastic. It’s a family-owned business and all the staff are so incredibly kind and helpful.
I’ve never ordered a dish that I haven’t enjoyed. My favorites are their homemade egg rolls which I think are the best in the city. Their Cantonese style Charmaine or crunchy noodle is outstanding as is their Vietnamese chicken noodle salad. Reasonably priced and large portions. They are open every day of the week except for Mondays and they’re closed at midday between lunch and dinner.
If you want truly authentic food, this is the place to go. They sell a lot of takeout orders but there’s always a table to dine in if you choose. The food is always quickly and delivered to the table fresh. I sell homes in the Apple Valley area and I’m always telling my local clients about this restaurant. It’s located just South of 42 not far from the LA Fitness.

Got sat right away, food came out fast. I ordered the spring rolls which were huge and so yummy with the peanut sauce and the chicken pho. The chicken was a bit dry but otherwise the pho was fantastic. Waitresses checked in me periodically. Didn’t know if pay at table or register though but I just walked up and they rang me in. With the alspring rolls, a coke and chicken pho it was only $22. Would go again.

Huge fan of this restaurant! The pho is excellent and the service is great. There’s a reason this place is bustling on Friday evenings. The steak pho and wonton soup are staples for us. The service is quick and the staff are very kind. If you’re looking for some pho or other Asian dishes at a reasonable price, this is the pace.

In a time when all restaurants are shrinking portion sizes for profit, Simplee Pho always crams their boxes to the brim full of incredibly delicious, authentic food.
We go here for dine in and take out at least 2-3 times a month, and we have had a consistently fantastic experience each and every time. The food is always out very quickly, the quality is conistently great, the restaurant always clean, and the staff always friendly. Combine this with the very reasonable prices and generous portions, this has been one of Apple Valley’s top restaurants for us hands down.

Went there for first time. Entered at 2:50pm. Didn’t know they close from 3 to 4pm due to lack of employees, but the lady rushed me to order. Hurry Hurry. Order. U have 10 minutes. Incredibly rude!!! I didn’t know what i wanted as I’ve never been there. I rushed to look at menu, ordered quickly, and when I forgot to order pot stickers, egg rolls, she canceled my order, helped someone else as I had to sit and wait to reorder. I understand why they have to close, but to rush a customer because of that and be rude is not a good way to run a business!

Spring Rolls – WOW, that peanut sauce that they have. Amazing. Very thick and creamy. A little lemon would help cut through the taste if it’s too thick and add acidity to the spring roll itself.
The pho broth tasted very good, however I like my noodles not cut, so that’s the only con I found.

It’s always amazing. ALWAYS. The egg rolls are as good as they get. My recommendation is the wonton noodle soup (pictured). My office is walking distance from this place – well, it would be if I typically walked that far. Pho is fantastic as well. Friendly, helpful staff too.
