I ordered pizza at 11:30pm and waited until 12:32am just to find out that my order was canceled. I called and asked why and the person that answered the phone was dismissive and rude and said it’s because the kitchen was closed. I reminded him I placed the order over an hour ago. His response was “it doesn’t matter the kitchen was closed.”

Not alot of parking, the store was not clean. The clerks were not friendly. Soda in soda machine was gross. They had no hot food but a lady just hanging out in the pizza making area.

About 45 minutes ago I phoned in an order, 3 sub sandwiches, 1 was the pizza sub and 3 cbr subs. We agreed on the phone only Lettuce and Tomato on the CBR’s none of that on the pizza sub. Then I added black olives to the pizza sub. The food is picked up (not by me, another family member) get it home and the pizza sub has lettuce and tomatoes on it and no black olives. Its not rocket science. The person who picked it up said the guy looked at the receipt for a long time and then just asked if it was the 3 subs, he couldn’t read his own writing. Un-acceptable.

The cheese is just awful now. It wasnt this way b4. U can’t even chew it if it gets cold. I don’t know what this different cheese is made from but it’s not good at all. My dog would not eat it.
