This was my first experience ever at a Simple Simons and I honestly couldn’t be happier! The food was AMAZING! The customer service was great as well. We even got the new kid who had only been working here for maybe 3 days and he was so courteous and professional and his supervisor was so helpful! This place is all around AWESOME! The price for what you get was very reasonable as well.

I grew up loving Simple Simon’s pizza, and as a matter of fact, working at a Simple Simon’s was my first job as a teen. They are a chain in the Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas area. So when I find this one while passing through Bonners Ferry Idaho, I absolutely had to stop by. The staff was amazing, and the pizza was delicious. Highly recommend.

Saturday 3/9/24, ordered pizza from Simon. The guys were really friendly and fast. We showed up shortly after calling in the order, and then the hardworking employees apologized for not having it done yet. What? There is no need to apologize. We arrived early, but it shows how hard Simple Simon works to provide delicious food and service.
The pizza was hot, crust perfect, and the ingredients oh so yummy.
We are visiting again, to be sure.

We ordered a large veggie pizza and calizone and it was absolutely tasty. After, we had ice cream. There were like a few flavors, but they tasted amazing. Also, the staff was very nice and friendy. Definitely a 5-star pizza restaurant. Go to this place if you are craving pizza.

I don’t know what happened to this place, but it’s definitely not a great pizza anymore. The crust/dough used to have the airy, soft, chewy on the inside and nice and crispy texture on the outside. Basically, what you’d expect with a nice gluten rich dough. But now the dough has a sad, firm on the inside, and like a wet cardboard texture to it. As you pull the pieces apart, at least half the pizza slops over and it doesn’t hold its form. They seriously skimp on the toppings. And they cut it all sloppy. The pieces are not equal, super huge, and not cut through. I feel like I’m eating a poorly baked frozen pizza. It is not worth almost $30.
